The location is fantastic, though the facilities are pretty standard, comparable to a budget hotel chain in China. However, considering the price and location, I still think it's great value. It's right next to the Obelisco, making it super convenient for getting around. Breakfast is very basic, so don't get your hopes up. Make sure to book a premium twin room; that way, you'll be on a higher floor with a balcony and a direct view of the Obelisco.

The location is excellent. The building is very run down. The mattresses are poor quality. The bathroom is in very bad condition.

The best thing about it is the location.
You can see the obelisk from your room!
We were able to walk to most of the sights.
There was some noise from events and the lights from the electronic display boards, but I personally didn't find it bothersome.
The room has a historic feel, but this is also within acceptable limits.
