The primary reason I am giving this hotel five stars is the exceptional service provided by Alejandra Barrionuevo who is usually at the breakfast bar. She truly stands out. Alejandra is highly professional, friendly, charismatic, and consistently helpful—always welcoming guests with a genuine smile. She is the kind of person who immediately makes you feel comfortable and valued.
Beyond her excellent attention to guests, I was especially touched by the kindness, patience, and respect she showed toward a colleague with Down syndrome. Having worked for several years with children with Down syndrome myself, I hold a deep appreciation for individuals who demonstrate true empathy and inclusiveness. Witnessing Alejandra’s thoughtful and compassionate interaction with her colleague genuinely made my day.
I sincerely hope the General Manager or Owner recognizes and rewards Alejandra for her outstanding work. She is an absolute asset to the hotel—an exceptional employee who is truly rare to find.

Good hotel, good service, our room was modern, on the large size. We were able to control AC in our room, unlike other reviewers wrote. Maybe some changes where made. Location is great.

Strategic location, and near by the hop-on hop-off bus. The breakfast was good and Alejandra is very attentive. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

A perfect stay in a great hotel , managed well, wishes and requests always fullfilled. Good staff and a great restaurant and breakfast area. Enjoyed it every morning. Thanks to the NH team making our BA week a great holiday!! :-)

First of all amazing location near main touristic place - obelisc and the plaza del Mayo
24/7. Security around the main enter 24/7.
Breakfast is ok. The variety is not so big.
Fried eggs, terrible small sausage and some grilled vegetables, salad, yogurt and a big choice of all types of cakes.
Kind of fresh juice ( not really) and coffe.
No express from bar machine unfortunately.
The room is Very big.
The toilet separate from the shower. As well you will find the bidet that is quite useful.
During my 8 days the temperature of the water and the pressure was ok.
Amazing view on the street by the way.
The gym is small but functional.
The one but very big downside is the air-conditioning.
It is not working at all and it is very loud🔊🔊🔊🔊. I was dying of heat even if the AC was set to the minimum.
Not even my ask for help and mentioning several times to the reception helped to solve my issue.

This hotel has ann excellent location to the historical landmarks and restaurants. They also recently got new beds. What I enjoyed the most as a host to a group of 10 people was that they were very well organized. The front desk staff was helpful and understanding of situations. We stayed four nights and the staff truly wants to get to know you. Perhaps the most notable staff member to me was Alejandra, from the restaurant/catering area. She provided a welcome amenity in our rooms, but also enjoyed her positive vibe and genuine attitude. She ensure that we all enjoyed breakfast and gave us chocolates upon departures. Incredibly attentive and an incredible person.

The location is good, and the breakfast is also okay, but the service is average and could be improved.
One thing I must point out is that while there's supposedly a sauna on the rooftop, opening up the sauna room reveals a storage room, which is a bit funny.

Excellent B&B. Very centrally located in Buenos Aires downtown. The apartment is beautiful with an amazing terrace. The hostess is excellent and very helpful. You will love it.

If I could, I would give this B&B ten stars in the heart of Buenos Aires attended by the very personal treatment of Gisella and the constant and friendly deference of Claudia. 100% recommended... I'm not saying it, Google says it...
