Holiday Inn Express Puerto Madero by IHG in Buenos Aires

Excellent attention

The service. The staff are super helpful - Selena, Cinthia, Naira, Sofia and all front desk staff we cannot remember the names, they helped us a lot with multiple stays during our 8 days in Buenos Aires. They helped us contact the airline about our delayed luggages, they received and stored them while we were in Uruguay for a couple of days. The location is in an upscale are ma with Gallerias (malls) and is close to main downtown attractions and shopping. It is near a Hop On Hop Off stop and there are so many bus lines to all parts of Buenos Aires that stop right across the hotel. The cruise ports is near and ferry terminals to Uruguay are close by. We definitely recommend this hotel if you need clean, basic but comfortable stay that has easy access to attractions.

Excellent, spacious, and great value for money.

Nice hotel. We had an early check-out and packed breakfast. Great place, I recommend it. Conveniently located, 100 meters from the BUQUEBUS port.

Good location handy to attractions. Very good included breakfast of scrambled eggs breads fruits etc. Rooms clean and generally comfortable if a little tight in places – baths a bit tight but excellent shower. Good helpful service. Decent Wi-Fi.

Excellent location, it was easy to walk to many attractions as well as restaurants and shopping. The front desk service was exceptional
They helped us track down a cell phone accidently left in a taxi. This was difficult for us as we had no cell phone service and don't as peak Spanish. Breakfast was good, the room was clean and tje service was excellent!

They are doing refurbishment on some rooms and elevators.

Quite a normal hotel with an acceptable price. I was surprised by the lack of slippers, toothpaste and toothbrush in the room. It would be advisable to diversify the breakfast menu, it is the same every day. Overall, it is worth the money.
