Overall a good option, decent room sizes and facilities. Breakfast is good, location is great in Palermo. One down point is that the nespresso capsules in the room are not complimentary (and quite expensive ~3usd)

This notorious hotel was a unique experience. The bathroom amenities were sparse, but the room was huge and the bed was comfortable. My balcony had a view of the local neighborhood. The staff was kind and helpful.

Divine. They're all loving. Made with the highest standards and good taste in mind. The rooftop bar is excellent, Diego is divine and makes the best signature drinks for you. Otherwise, it doesn't disappoint.

Had a few difficulties here. I don’t think I would stay here again. The staff was excellent and tried their best but threw my head was facing the street and I couldn’t sleep at all. Based on a bar. Some sort of events that went From ten P.M. to two A.M. I had to switch rooms to face the back of the property which helped.

The big problem is the loud music till 2 am. Hotel rents terrace for parties. Other than that great location. Nice rooms. Ok breakfast.

Two night stay. Good staff, good location
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size but perhaps a little stark and not cosy. I was in BA for business and there was not a good working space in the room. Area is good with lots of restaurants nearby.

Great restaurant! Great food! Great service. Everything was great. We had the degustation menu with wine pairing. The 9 course menu was great. The chef is really creative. Each course was savoury, with a lot of textures and an explosion of flavours in each bite. The sommelier speaks French (he's been working in French Michelin starred restaurants) , and will gladly explain you the history of each wine. A perfect evening really. Good food. Pizza was like a flatbread but very good, thin and fresh. Portion sizes were big and prices reasonable. Service was quick but we went for lunch.

By far THE BEST PIZZA in town. If you are one of those people that like wood-fire pizza with fresh ingredients like me, look no more. I had different flavours but I loved the last one on the menu with the Bufala cheese and serrano ham. The ambience is also very relaxed and staff are very nice. I totally recommend this place!
