To be honest: I don't give five stars easily, but Hotel Sim Plaza deserves them.

We stayed here in late April (clearly still a bit off-season) and had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The breakfast was surprisingly good: extensive, fresh, and just really tasty. Dinner was the same – grilled vegetables, fresh salads, and excellently prepared meat. No frills, just quality that works.

The hotel itself has that typical Caucasian look: lots of marble, on both the floors and walls, and brightly lit. You have to like that, but it just fits in here. Outside, they are still working on finishing the surroundings, and you can see that newer, more luxurious hotels are rising in the neighborhood. Nevertheless, you are already in a great place to be.

The location is practical: about fifteen minutes from the airport and within walking distance (5–10 minutes) of the large basilica in the city. Parking is available right in front of the door, which makes it extra convenient.

In short: a great hotel, good value for money, and highly recommended if you are in the region—the first or last stop on your vacation before flying.

A new, cozy hotel in the city center. The staff is friendly, the rooms are very cozy. We were especially pleased to receive a very delicious breakfast. The restaurant staff is also courteous. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
