Venezia Palazzo Hotel in Yerevan

The receptionist greeted us with such warmth and kindness, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She personally guided us on a detailed tour of our room, ensuring that we were fully aware of all the amenities and comforts available. The room itself was incredibly spacious, offering a generous layout that made us feel like we were staying in a luxurious suite. One of the highlights was the jacuzzi in the bathroom, which was absolutely spectacular and truly added a touch of indulgence to our stay.

Additionally, the breakfast in bed was an unforgettable experience – served on a large, beautifully arranged plate, it was both delicious and plentiful. The property itself was nothing short of magnificent, resembling a grand palace, with every corner exuding elegance and sophistication. It was a truly remarkable experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a more delightful stay.

The rooms were quite spacious, though the decor was rather strange, attempting a sort of faux-royal style that didn't quite land. That said, the huge bed, nearly 200 cm wide, was extremely comfortable, even with just the single large blanket provided.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit in our room was broken. Luckily, the giant hot tub made up for it. It took nearly an hour for all the cold water to drain out when we first turned it on, but once it was hot, it was heaven. The hot tub alone would be reason enough for us to book this hotel again next time.

Our room had only small windows that, oddly, could not be opened. However, they faced onto a noisy, busy road, so the lack of fresh air was hardly a loss. At least the thick walls blocked out most of the street sounds.

The receptionist spoke no English, and payment had to be made in cash, which was a bit inconvenient. The tap water had a strange chemical taste, so we mainly drank bottled water.

For all its little quirks though, the hotel was an excellent value for the money.

1. Location
Location of Venezia Palazzo is kinda far from city center (Republic Square) it takes about 10-20 minutes there and costs 1000-2000 AMD. But it's near to Water Park and Zoo. For me, the location is pretty Great.
2. Staff
The Staffs are very-very kind even if she doesnt speak any English, she's very helpful. She helped me to get into souvenir place.
3. Rooms
I booked a room with a private pool. The 1st floor of it was very beautiful, architectural, and also big. But, the air conditioner wasn't working. The staff moved me to other room which the air conditioner was also not working, please fix this. The 2nd floor was nice, but it'll be better if you add air conditioner there. I really enjoy the facilities there, pool, sauna, etc.

For me, the hotel is pretty nice.. i'd like to recommed it :)

All at the highest level. Lovely and cosy hotel. Staff 10 points. It's all great.

Gorgeous sauna with a swimming pool, helpful staff

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. Welcoming receptionists and gorgeous enormous and comfortable room. Not giving 5 stars just because water started dropping from the roof in the bathroom, near the toilet. Even though they fixed it, it started again the next day. Except this little malfunction, the experience was great.
