The location of the hotel is good (eating, bus, taxi right by the hotel, major touristic sites in walking distance). The check-in at 4am worked without problems. The room was fine; only the lighting at the beds could be improved. Good value for the price and generous check-out time of 12pm.

Pleasant impressions of the hotel. The staff is polite. The bed is comfortable. There is a kettle and everything you need in the bathroom.

The hotel is in a very good location, opposite the Echmiadzin Church. But there is a very bad problem, the agent is a liar. The single beds in the hotel are only 80cm, but the agent lied and said they were 1.3m beds. After checking in, I found out and couldn't contact the agent. Ctrip finally refunded the money. There is nothing wrong with the hotel, but the agent is very dishonest.

There were many kind staff and housekeepers, and the room was clean. On the other hand, when I said hello to one of the housekeepers, she and her co-workers laughed at me, and when I was just walking around, local children and adults insulted me with a grin. We book this hotel not for the first time, very satisfied. Cleanliness, silence. Very friendly staff. We arranged a late check-out. There is something to see around the hotel, monuments of Armenia. Many shops and cafes near the hotel. Taxi to the airport, 16 minutes drive.

Great location, lots of cafes and coffee shops nearby. If we come next time, we will definitely stay at the same hotel.

This place has an idyllic athmosphere, everything is nice, clean and on the top of all the host is so friendly and welcoming that it is outstanding even in Armenia. His wife cooks amazing meals. Our one night stay was a charming experience, in the morning it was difficult to leave this house.

The owner is very nice. He even drove us to the airport at 5 am in the morning. Of course the place and the breakfast were also great 😃.

My review is only about the pool. It is big and the view is very nice in this place. The staff is polite, there are towels included in price. But!! Is there anybody who likes to listen so loud music while chilling near the pool. Who are they make so loud for? This is really a wedding venue hotel, with a really great pool area for Armenia (one of the best). We had quite the amazing experience at this Hotel. It had a mountain view which we weren’t able to enjoy day 1 because of the weather, but wow was the view amazing when the clouds cleared on day 2.
