The location of the hotel is good (eating, bus, taxi right by the hotel, major touristic sites in walking distance). The check-in at 4am worked without problems. The room was fine; only the lighting at the beds could be improved. Good value for the price and generous check-out time of 12pm.

Pleasant impressions of the hotel. The staff is polite. The bed is comfortable. There is a kettle and everything you need in the bathroom.

The hotel is in a very good location, opposite the Echmiadzin Church. But there is a very bad problem, the agent is a liar. The single beds in the hotel are only 80cm, but the agent lied and said they were 1.3m beds. After checking in, I found out and couldn't contact the agent. Ctrip finally refunded the money. There is nothing wrong with the hotel, but the agent is very dishonest.

There were many kind staff and housekeepers, and the room was clean. On the other hand, when I said hello to one of the housekeepers, she and her co-workers laughed at me, and when I was just walking around, local children and adults insulted me with a grin. We book this hotel not for the first time, very satisfied. Cleanliness, silence. Very friendly staff. We arranged a late check-out. There is something to see around the hotel, monuments of Armenia. Many shops and cafes near the hotel. Taxi to the airport, 16 minutes drive.

Great location, lots of cafes and coffee shops nearby. If we come next time, we will definitely stay at the same hotel.

Saying that I like this place is not enough. I am really in love with this amazing hotel with great staff and accommodating facilities. Clean, calm and comfortable hotel is new built. But there is a renovated building of restaurant next to the hotel, which has a great history coming from 18th century.

This resort is a very great place to spend holidays especially with family. Everything was great, the staff was really friendly and did everything for us to feel welcomed. Restaurant has different cuisines and everything was delicious and fresh. We will come back for sure

Excellent hotel! Extremely helpful staff! They even helped us to print our Flyone Armenia boarding passes for our next two flights! They prepared delicious food for us and even brought it to our room early because we had to leave before breakfast was available. They had a scale to weigh our luggage! Allways nice to stay. Very good homemade breakfast.

I came here with a group and had an excellent meal, which consisted of local dishes. The place has a delightful atmosphere and is very unusual. I did not stay overnight, so cannot comment on the accommodation.

The hotel is the best value for money. Close to the airport. Park and shops nearby. There is a kettle and slippers in the room. The window opens. Minus - no elevator, but it is not critical for me. Moreover, they helped to deliver the luggage. There are swings for adults near the hotel, very convenient.

Very nice hotel, the host is very friendly to help carry our baggage.

The hotel is very simple, but in a great location, there is a large food court nearby, many shops, 12 minutes from the airport. Exceptionally friendly staff, simple, but clean and cozy, you feel some care, like at home. Thank you.

This is really a wedding venue hotel, with a really great pool area for Armenia (one of the best). The pool doesnt have a shallow end so isn't great for kids, and a lot of folks during the day just seemed like Instagram influencers more focused on getting good pics than taking a break. Overall a nice break and far enough from the city to benefit, but would be better to stay here if part of a big wedding...
