Excellent hotel! Extremely helpful staff! They even helped us to print our Flyone Armenia boarding passes for our next two flights! They prepared delicious food for us and even brought it to our room early because we had to leave before breakfast was available. They had a scale to weigh our luggage! Good experience, rooms were OK. Dinner and breakfast were also very good.
The hotel is a new boutique hotel, the restaurant is better but the hotel doesn't have "a good" service as in general we do have in Armenia. Everything is connected to the electricity so we hadn't electricity and water for a few hours. Nobody was sorry or was in charge.
Very good place in the center of Ejmiatsin. Clean, comfort and calm hotel with wonderful interior and exterior. My guests stayed here for 10 days and were very thankful to the whole staff.

it was the best stay in Armenia! beautiful house, high standard, amazing interior with art made by the host family. the owner is super - he upgraded our room. the breakfast was delicious served in the garden. i would come back to the city even just to stay here:)

Very nice and helpful owners, stay in this place is much more than pleasure! Accomodation is So clean, New and comfortable. Breakfast was local and very tasty. We could park our motorbikes inside and they were safe. For sure it was the Best choice in this Town 🙂

Allways nice to stay. Very good homemade breakfast.
I came here with a group and had an excellent meal, which consisted of local dishes. The place has a delightful atmosphere and is very unusual. I did not stay overnight, so cannot comment on the accommodation.
Very unique, oriented and amazing experience, kids were extremely happy, adults as well We participated in bread baking and pottery Highly recommended specially for families
it's a warm place, a real hospitality, with real behavior. the price is so good , room facilities was completed- like air conditioner, bathroom- the place was clean and has friendly nice staff. it's a attraction of Vagharshapat and Armenia.
No words can describe this place. Just try to be there at least once. Great place for adults and kids. It is an art center with creative guys. 90% of the souvenirs in their shop is made there by the staff and you can also see how they are doing it. Your kids can study there.
