King Hotel in Yerevan

The picture uploaded to the net from this hotel is absolutely incorrect! This is the train station. I uploaded the right photo with the hope to help future travelers.
Having 4 days of staying at this hotel, I found:
Good Points: Staffs are too friendly. Near train station with 2 stations distance to the Republic Square. Near Karas restaurant. Perfect warm water. High-speed free internet connection.
Bad Points: Not clean at all. Specially, bathroom service is not good. Beds are a little bit dirty. No soap for body washing. No toothpaste. Not in the city center. Breakfast contains egg, tea, butter, cheese (maybe expired), sugar, and bread. Not completely safe!

Although the location is good, the hotel itself is quite dull and feels lived in and old. The owner doesnt speak english and there's not a lot of places to walk around. No breakfast option and no other hotel facilities.

Considering the hotel's price, proximity to the city center, the good attitude of the hotel managers, Agha Saido Mehdi, and the good quality of the rooms, the breakfast is poor.

The beds were springy and caused backache!
The manager is not friendly.
The location was close to metro station.

It was very far from republic square and other tourist attractions. The staffs did not clean rooms and did not change any towls and bed lines. It was expensive. It is located in central station.
