Overall, we'd give it a 4. The hotel itself, the rooms, and the pool are a solid 5, but there's one caveat. Unfortunately, when we checked into a deluxe room, the air conditioning didn't work, even though the weather was 38°C (98°F). The hotel is magnificent. The rooms are spacious, the cleaning is high-quality. Tea, coffee, mineral water daily. The staff is polite, friendly. A wonderful swimming pool with beautiful decoration. They have interesting and relatively inexpensive tours. While vacationing in Armenia, we booked two tours. The first: Echmiadzin - Zvartnots - Yerevan. We loved it; we saw some beautiful historical sites. The second tour we booked was to the Areni Winery - Khor Virap, and we also had a great experience. It was fantastic!

So far I've only communicated by phone. Everything's ok.

The location, the water and procedures are nice! Very bad regarding the service! The restaurant gives - "home" style food it's ok not something special with many idiotic approaches. Breakfasts aren't great. Room service is mostly tasty and inexpensive (sturgeon/sterlet is expensive and not tasty). The mattresses are very hard. The sauna and pool included are excellent. The hotel is relatively new. Parking is free. The Deluxe room is spacious and quite comfortable. Check if the large outdoor pool is under renovation if you need it.

Quiet place and very private The staff are all great though they speak not so much English but understandable and polite.
