The hotel is magnificent. The rooms are spacious, the cleaning is high-quality. Tea, coffee, mineral water daily. The staff is polite, friendly. A wonderful swimming pool with beautiful decoration. They have interesting and relatively inexpensive tours. While vacationing in Armenia, we booked two tours. The first: Echmiadzin - Zvartnots - Yerevan. We loved it; we saw some beautiful historical sites. The second tour we booked was to the Areni Winery - Khor Virap, and we also had a great experience. It was fantastic!

So far I've only communicated by phone. Everything's ok.

It is a very good place , good cleaning and good staff

The location, the water and procedures are nice! Very bad regarding the service! The restaurant gives - "home" style food it's ok not something special with many idiotic approaches. The worst is their stupid sovetic RULES. They forget it's a resort and they must provide SERVICE. An example they haven't given the bottle of water and arguing it's not every day service 😂😂

I have been in this spa/sauna many times. The service is very friendly, the area is clean, food is tasty, prices are also reasonable compared to similar saunas. It's a great place to spend a nice time with friends. Will definitely visit it again.

Lost power twice during stay. Property needs a generator. Reservation made for one adult and two 14 year olds but front desk said it shows only one person and wanted to charge extra for an extra bed.

We stayed at Avan Plaza Hotel on Friday night and had a pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast served was great, offering a good variety and delicious options to start the day. Overall, a nice and convenient place to stay in Yerevan!

Quiet place and very private The staff are all great though they speak not so much English but understandable and polite. The hotel is further from the city but public transports are available in the bus stop nearby. If you have a car it is very convenient because you have your own parking enclosed beneath your own room.
