"Terrible Service — would not recommend."
I booked a room for three people, but the hotel didn’t provide the extra bed as promised. On top of that, they called me at 9 AM to check out, even though the standard checkout time was later. Completely unprofessional.

In July 2024, we vacationed in Armenia at the Arzni sanatorium. We stayed in the second building in a family suite, which can only be called a suite because of its size. The room has three rooms, a living room and 2 bedrooms. The room was probably renovated in Soviet times. Everything is covered with dusty carpet, and in some places the plaster is falling off the ceiling. The plumbing is broken, the toilet is constantly breaking down. And in general, the sanatorium has constant interruptions in hot water, especially during the daytime, when procedures are carried out. The big problem is that the air conditioner was only in one room - the living room, and the windows in the bedrooms did not open for ventilation, only wide open, which created a strong draft. The staff is generally friendly, but not without complaints. We had a hard time getting the administration to clean the room daily. Before that, they could go 2-3 days without cleaning. The resort does not provide for washing clothes, there is no laundry that guests can use on their own, only through the maids for an additional fee. This creates certain difficulties during a long stay at the resort. We used the laundry through the maids, the clothes came back with stains, as they were before washing. If you are prescribed a massage, choose massage therapists Helen or Levon. I got to the masseuse Tatevik, which I greatly regretted. A rude and boorish girl who constantly has confusion in her appointments. Twice I encountered the fact that another patient was booked for the same time with me, after which I refused her services and changed the massage therapist. The food is quite tasty, but monotonous, and after 20 days of staying at the resort, of course, it became boring. If you do not make it to the beginning of breakfast / lunch / dinner, you risk not finding a free table, since the dining room is clearly not designed for the number of guests staying. Conclusion: the sanatorium is intended for short-term stays; it is not comfortable for long-term stays.

The worst place. I wont give them a five star, their service aren’t good enough to be able to get it,

I booked a room for me and my Mom with a balcony and a view with a double bed, but I ended up with a view to a stone wall and a queen sized bed. I have waste my time , money and my mood for today. They tried to fix it with offering a worst room. When I was booking they said that they have everything that I need and they tried to convince we that I can stay in that room. Not a best experience. But at list receptionist was very helpful.
