What is unbelivable, is the breakfast time (9h00 to 11h00). 9h00 is clearly too late. 7h30 to 10h00 as usual in other country is the appropriate answer. Therefore i rated "facilities" in such a way.....

We stayed overnight: clean, cozy, high quality. We didn't try breakfast, good soundproofing, high quality bed linen. The hotel is conveniently located although the city is small and taxis are mere pennies. The price is reasonable, overall we were satisfied.

A very cozy boutique hotel a short distance from the center. Friendly staff and quiet rooms for a comfortable sleep: the rooms are fully equipped and you don't have to ask for anything extra. Breakfast is a bit meager at first glance, but for example, oatmeal is prepared fresh on request and the waiters bring it to you as you wish.

The hotel is good, the staff is very polite. The rooms are not bad, we were pleased with the location of the hotel. But the breakfasts, we were upset, poor and of course, there were products from previous breakfasts repeated. If you exclude breakfasts, I recommend the hotel itself. 5/5

Nice hotel with classic style rooms. The rooms are spacious. The bed is very comfortable. There is breakfast. Conveniently located between the historical center and the Iron Flower fountain.

Rooms without AC, it is a big issue during summer times, the water supply is not constant in the morning, no sound proofing, I can literally hear the guy snoring in the adjacent room.

Clean and modern hotel. The mattresses are comfortable. There is parking and a cafe.

The bed was good. The room a bit small and if it is hot it is rather difficult To open a Window due To wind flows.

Location of hotel is good. Service is not bad. The only thing that I did not like were the toilets as they are too small. And once you take shower all the bathroom is wet.

Me and my mom had the best time in Gyumri and partially it was thanks to Armine and her sister Hasmik, who both are extremely kind, helpful and honest people. The room was very clean and everything was working perfectly! Definitely would recommend.

Lovely small hotel but the room was narrow without a table. Breakfast was nicely served by the friendly staff as the highlight of the stay. Hours 9-11AM, a bit late or more like a brunch.

This was a repeat stay in this neat hotel, it's 3 storey high, the room we stayed in was spacious and clean. The mattress and pillow comfortable. Although not in the city centre, it's a 10 minute walk to the centre. A decent breakfast was included. A very good quality/price ratio.

Stayed here for one night, wonderful boutique hotel. It's run by an Italian man who came to help after the 1988 earthquake and ended up staying, he purchased the buildings, restored them and the inner courtyard, and turned them into Villa Kars. Great example of traditional Gyumri architecture, and the rooms are furbished with interesting things too. The location is great too, right in the old city...

The hotel has a cafe and restaurant. Foreigners are trying to cheat. The hotel has a price list, prices offer others. According to the price, the beer is 500 AMD, with a check of 650, with a bottle of price of 1200 AMD, with a check of 1500, I do not recommend. A suite is not a suite, but a regular room. In other hotels more amenities, the difference in 2000 AMD

The hotel is quite worth its price. The bathroom is clean, the mattress is a bit hard, but it's fine for a short stay. Of course, it's not super cozy, but for the price it's ok. Overall, it's a good choice for a budget option.

A classic hotel with a traditional atmosphere. If you have a rental car, it's convenient to enter directly from the underground car park. From the outside it looks like a 4 star hotel or higher, but unfortunately there aren't many foreign guests, so the cleaning staff seemed a bit haphazard. The breakfast staff were very attentive.

December 2024, 22€/night. Best bang for the buck in Gyumri centre! My "economy" double room was great! It's a loft,with a tiny living and decent bathroom at the floor and upstairs, a mezzanine with a comfy bed. Just be aware of that if your mobility Is limited! A thermostat allows to set the temperature and my room was pleasantly warm in literally no time. Their English is limited but all needed...

This hotel room is too complicated. What is a complex? Each room has a ladder-climbing attic. I happened to decide on that type. When I saw the straight ladder, I was confused. I quickly paid more money to get a bright one near the road. It turned out that the window was small. There was no soundproofing, I couldn't sleep all night, and it was impossible to change rooms.

A nice hotel in the very heart of the city. The rooms are clean and cosy, pretty spacious. All the necessary amenities are available. There is a talented piano player at the lobby during the weekend evenings. We spent an amazing time enjoying her play and singing along with her and the hotel staff.

Our stay at 21 rooms was amazing. We stayed at room 201 which was a deluxe room with seating area. Continental breakfast was included. Stuff was very helpful and very polite. Location of the hotel is in the hart of Gyumry. The room was very clean. I totally recommend this hotel to everyone

Very clean, comfortable and modern hotel with beautiful and spacious rooms. The beds were very good too, I started waking up with some backpains in other hotels but after a night on this matress the backpain was significantly less! Staff was very attentive too. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Gyumri.
