For the price paid, I cannot really complain much, hence I give it a 7. The hotel was located on a side street and it was quiet and also had lots of parking spaces available. The room itself was spacious and the bedding was clean. The room appeared pretty clean overall. The towels also appeared clean, but some were heavily stained. Breakfast was great and even the fact that it was included is already a big plus. The staff was very friendly. It was very cheap for what it offered.

The room we stained in had both entrance door and bathroom door pretty much in a bad condition - the entrance door was barely closing. One of the shower doors was missing, so the bathroom would get all wet. Some of the towels were heavily stained. The beds were pretty old and not very comfortable and the pillows were worn out. However, for a quick stay it was great.

It stands as a good value option defined by its great service, but travelers should set expectations accordingly for an older, functional facility rather than a modern, pristine one.

The staff helped a lot with choosing dinner spots and places to visit The built in food court was nice too Just one disclaimer - the athletes are everywhere!!!! I almost was rethinking my decisions of choosing a sport oriented hotel Turns out the hotel regularly hosts them and the lot were so respectful to the old lady that I am!!

At Olympic Hotel in Gyumri, we were welcomed by a warm and friendly staff. We truly appreciated the free conference hall provided, which was a great help for our meeting. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Thank you for the great hospitality and care!

This hotel was the exact example of how every building in this town is - outside its very monotone-looking but had just magneficent architecture inside. Everything seemed to belong in the museums not in a hotel for 20 pounds a room . The service was alright, nothing significant, rooms were tidy, to the workers all the art in the building seemed to be of a normal kind and didn't think we'd be paying that much attention to the paintings: we even asked for a guidance for the galleries of the town inspired by it.

We're checking out today, and as we're about to leave for a mountain tour that the help desk found for us, wanted to leave a review before we depart. The experience has been great, the staff was helpful and basically adjusted our plans so that we could've covered more must-do activities in our list. And besides the staff the kitchen was also on another level, nothing close to Michelin service, nothing fancy, but for that price it's more than one could ask for when used to the prices in the US.

Desserts were awesome . We got the breakfast every morning as it was included in the suite packages and the kids were in their best behavior about eating the main dishes all so I'd let them get to the desserts. The rooms were normal, in average the quality of the service in town has gotten a lot better throughout all the hotels we've visited. This one stands out with its professional team in the first place.

Recently had my friends from Germany stay over in Gyumri for a couple of nights. Didn't think twice to guide them here as some previous colleagues of mine stopped changing hotels after staying in this one. Some of the staff speaks English, all of them speak Russian and Armenian from what we've seen. They liked the food too, even one of them had opening a doner shop back at home in mind just to start making kebabs like the ones they made here!

Our stay at this hotel was simply perfect. Not only did it stand out with its beautiful ambiance and comfort, but also with its incredibly warm and attentive staff. From the administrator to the housekeeping team, everyone performed their duties with great care and professionalism, half of the staff spoke English. A special thanks to the team for kindly accommodating our request and providing us with a conference hall free of charge. This hotel is truly an ideal place not only for relaxation but also for hosting important events. We're definitely gonna come back. Thank you for your hospitality!
