Beautiful accommodation. Great for a family and close enough to walk to main Byron but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely recommend .

The property , unit 10, is beautiful, needs a bit of care, management is really good and responds quickly. Oberall a good stay.

QUITE SIMPLY AVOID & DONT TAKE THE RISK AND BOOK ELSEWHERE.

Honestly such a disappointing nightmare that is still ongoing !

Booked a 3 bedroom apartment the stay was fine, a little bit rundown and not as amazing as the pics ! But honestly fine and the accommodation isn’t the issue.

Myself and a few friends stayed for 3 nights and were using the place pretty much to just sleep and get ready. We only had dinner there 1 night.

As we were checking out the cleaner arrived, he was a nice enough guy although appeared to be under the influence of a few things. Just as we were leaving he asked if all the beds were slept in or just laid on. Which is pretty disgusting to think that they aren’t washing all the sheets after every stay. But that’s wasn’t the worst of it.

The real nightmare begins after we vacate. We were sent a photo of a table in the bedroom with a red stain and a photo of an empty bottle of sugar free creaming soda. We were all genuinely flawed as apparently the bottle was in the room that only one person slept in for one night.. Additionally I personally remember checking before we left and can swear I never saw that stain. What’s even more strange is the occupant of this room notoriously hates carbonated drinks. (I’m aware of how stupid this all sounds). We also all would never just knock a drink over and leave it, we aren’t derelict.

We then get a message saying this tiny wooden table was 2k and they were requesting that we pay it (side note the table was so ugly and giving very much council pick up). Obviously we then tell them again that we don’t do it and believe the cleaner had, and even if it was 2k seems ridiculous.

They then respond saying my friend left her brand new very expensive glasses with prescription lenses, AirPods and a few iteams of clothing and they wouldn’t return it unless we paid. We all also have travel plans coming up and didn’t want to effect our Airbnb rating and ended up paying $704 between us all. We checked out on the 27th of feb, payed them for damage we didn’t do (and I understand it’s our word against there’s) and are still trying to get our belongings back, it’s now basically June.

Additionally, they left a review on us saying we didn’t unpack the dishwasher, take the rubbish out (there wouldn’t barely of been any) or clean out the fridge ? 😂🥲 genuinely flawed at why I’d pay a cleaning fee but also clean up. Even though we packed dishwasher put it on and did a general tidy

Really disappointing and clearly they have taken advantages of other people. Not a nice feeling ripping of hardworking people on a little getaway and keeping their belongings hostage.

Amazing accommodation and friendly helpful staff. Our family has been to Byron Bay a number of times and this is the best accommodation we have stayed at. Beautiful apartments, well maintained, competitive pricing and in an excellent location. We can't wait to visit again! We did consider moving in and not leaving on our last visit last month we loved it that much....

We were over whelmed with our stay at the butter factory the rooms were beautiful and we found the staff incredibly friendly and helpful! Such an easy walk and so close to everything great BBQ area for drinks and a nice afternoon BBQ.
We were blown away by our 3 story beach apartment and didnt expect it to be as beautiful as it was.
No doubt we will definitely be back to stay at this beautiful Property 10/10 :)

A group and I stayed for Splendour in the Grass 2015 and could not have asked for better accommodation. The location is perfect and is walking distance to the main strip and supermarket. Not to mention some stellar Byron Burgers & the bus too and from the North Byron Parklands for the festival.
The facilities were beautiful, clean, modern and very spacious. We did not hear a peep from our neighbours and I am certain they felt the same.
Best of all the staff were so helpful and accommodating. We had a late flight on the Monday and they allowed us to stay until 2pm instead of checking out at 10am!
Can't recommend enough.

Love this place. We are staying here again this July for the 3rd year in a row. The apartments feel like your house sitting not renting. They are beautifully furnished with books, artwork and small touches you don't expect from a holiday apartment. Just driving in through the two remote doors into the bottom of your apartment makes you feel special. We love it.

This was a fabulous spot to stay during our time in Byron Bay. It was within close easy walking distance to so many places to eat, grab a drink or coffee. The loft apartment was perfect for our needs with multiple bedrooms and living spaces to relax in. Two lounge rooms and a deck allowed us to enjoy the balmy weather in the day outside, then chill out inside at later hours. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

We had the pleasure in staying at the Butter Factory for a week while in town for business and we couldn’t have been more impressed with the accommodation, facilities and communicative process from booking to checkout. Exceeded expectation.
