We had an amazing stay at the Cashelmara apartments. Our apartment was on the first floor. It was so comfortable, looked exactly like the photos and had a wonderful view. The location is amazing. I would definitely return.

A very clean and tidy unit in a great location ! The lifesaving flags are just across the road and it was a very easy walk to the local shops (Aldi, Woolworths) and surf club.

No Staff on site to deal with issues in the room. AH number either took hours to reply or you had to follow them up with call or message.

The disappointing aspect of our stay was the operation of the ‘virtual reception’ concept. The key was not available at the property but at another one in the Burleigh Shopping Centre probably 1.5 kms away where access and parking were difficult. There was no other option communicated to me by SMS to get the keys of the property. People with no vehicle need to be aware of this aspect of ‘customer service’. The property itself was very satisfactory.

We very much enjoyed staying at Cashelmara. The location is excellent! The surf life saving flags are just across the road, and it’s a very comfortable stroll to either North or South Burleigh Heads. The pool, spa and bbq were very clean and tidy. We stayed in the ‘Cashelmara Classic’ unit, which had everything we needed, for a family of four, and enough seating, plates, bowls, kfs, etc, etc for us to have our extended family and friends come and visit. We will be back…

Thank you so much Helen and David for a wonderful stay at Cashelmara. You were so helpful and friendly which made our stay even better. The apartment was so spacious and clean and the kids loved the warm pool and spa. Sorry we didn't see you to say goodbye. We will be back!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and there was more than enough room for our family of 6. Really beautiful apartments, very clean, great natural lighting, open plan living/dining area. Spacious bedrooms. All appliances supplied and were modern and in good working order. Beautiful view from the balcony. Highly recommend for families.

We got told when parking in the customer parking that it was private parking and we couldn't park our car there.. Do not quiet understand but they have done their damage with me.

All day breakfast doesn't mean they cook it all day.....just means they keep it all day. In a drawer or box or shoe.......

Hash brown soggy and oily .....sausage mcmuffen resembling a small hard backed book....better suited to an ice hockey puck.

Did not find this McDonald's very good, food was prepared very sloppy, medium fries well you're lucky they even filled the pack.

My daughter is a diabetic type 1 n there portion control is way off which is horrible. Also it was like all the training staff members worked tonight as it took for ever they are rude as well.
