Stayed in apartment number 2 which was a 2 bedroom apartment with a courtyard. The apartment was very clean with plenty of little extras like board games, tea and coffee and a washing machine. Beds were comfortable and we loved the location. Easy walk to beach, restaurant and shops. Secure undercover parking. Pool looked meticulously clean and there were tables and bbqs available to use around the pool. Great stay would happily book again

I booked a 2 bedroom unit for my parents who absolutely loved their stay. I had informed the property managers that my parents both have difficulties mobilising, and they were assigned a ground floor unit without any issues. The unit was spacious, the kitchen had all basic essentials and the managers were really lovely and helpful whenever we had any questions. Lovely little pool area with bbqs. Having parking included in Burleigh is great and the short walking distance to the beach and cafes made it the ideal location.

I so much regret booking at Burleigh Heads. This town is in total chaos ! Massive road work absolutely everywhere. This is a giant construction site ! Terrible traffic. Apartment 29 is directly on the road so it's extremely noisy. It's like you sleep on the Highway. This is such a nuisance overall. My recommendation: avoid Burleigh! You won't get much rest here.

My family booked four apartments and were absolutely delighted with our stay. The apartments were clean and tidy, the facilities were fantastic, the location was great and the service provided by John, Ubon and Sienna was exceptional. Will definitely return.

I really enjoyed staying here the rooms are large and clean ,the kitchen came with cooking utensils too. Shower was hot and a decent size nozzel and everything was provided for . John the manager and his family were welcoming and friendly . will defiantly stay again .cheers .

The only thing I didn’t like was that there wasn’t enough shampoo,soap and toilet paper.

Very handy to Burleigh Heads shops and national park. Clean and functional apartment. Unfortunately a very noisy apartment. The air conditioning unit was very noisy so at night when we turned it off to sleep it was very hot and humid. Also the people in the apartment above us made alot of noise in the small hours of the night. There was alot of street noise but that tended to stop mid evening except for Friday and Saturday night.

Oh wow... I have stayed here about 8+ times now and I can't wait to get back there again!! I love love love the pool area (many hours lazing here!) and the close proximity to the beach, pub and James Street shopping precinct. I love the easy walk to the little cafe on the esplanade for a coffee or brekky, the hut BBQ area by the pool, and how the owners look after every question or need for an extra bit of milk!! What a great experience... I'm already booked in again for my next visit!

The worst fish, calamari and chips l have ever had. The calamari appears to be straight from the freezer. The fish tasted like it came out of a dirty river not the ocean. Extremely overpriced to boot. Should have read the reviews first.

The place look great, nice thematic scene, the food was ok but the waiting tima was really big. We got borred waiting ans it wasn't that busy.

Back again to eat at the best fish n chip shop on the coast. Always enjoyable, James, Doug and all the staff ( new and old) are always welcoming. Friendly atmosphere and the food is top notch. And of course being a BYO is a great advantage. Our Sunday night dinner venue for over 10 years now..... speak's for itself. Would recommend to locals and visitors alike. Deserves a 6 ? rating.

One of the worst cases of food poisoning ever. Went there Yesterday and didnt realise till it was abit to late that the fish wasnt cooked right. Both my partner and i havent left the bathroom since. Merry Christmas Fish Monger, thanks.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A MEATBALL SUB. I’ve been to this Subway multiple times and every time I’ve visited, I’ve been told they are out of meatballs or they are not cooked yet. I went last night (Friday, 1 Dec at 6:30pm and today (Saturday, 2 Dec at 1:30pm) and was told both times that meatballs would take 10min.

I don’t understand why these are not already cooked and ready. This is the 5th or 6th time this has happened at this store and it appears the workers are just took lazy to cook them and have them ready.

Very poor customer service and very rude workers.

our meal was ordered over menu log and we received notification to collect it .Even though we were delayed when leaving home and got to the restaurant well after the stated P/U time, our order had not even been started! I asked if they could deliver if it free of charge as it would mean waiting for another 25 minutes . The girl there told me to ring her boss, I said no you need to ring and resolve this problem. The response from the boss "cancel the order , no we will not deliver it".
Disgusting customer service. If you make a big mistake with your customers order YOU need to make an effort to resolve the issue.
We will not be returning!!!

We just had takeaway & thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The chicken in garlic chicken was tender & thick & the veges were fresh & tasty. The service was very friendly.

We came in a few nights ago to this restaurant, a group of seven, and boy were we blown away! The quality of the food was outstanding, all of the vegetables and ingredients in the dishes were extremely fresh and flavorsome. Would highly recommend the Chilli Plum Fish, that dish was absolutely divine, and the portions were ideal for the number of people we had. The food did not sit heavy in your stomach afterwards, the service was lovely and very helpful, and the live music was a beautiful touch to a fantastic meal. Thank you for a delightful experience and we shall certainly be back again!
