Once again we enjoyed our stay at Byron quarter, centrally located so rarely need the car, very clean apartment, staff are super attentive, highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay. Best location for walking anywhere in town and really comfortable apartment with everything you need. Service and communication for booking as well as the stay and checkout was top class. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to experience the best of Byron in comfort and convenience.

Excellent and easy check in. Parking easy. Great location! Walkable to everything we wanted to do. The pool was great and the kids loved it! Beautiful apartment, lots of space and very well equipped.

These apartments are just lovely. Spacious, clean, well furnished and nice decor. It’s a great location. Close to everything Byron has to offer and safe for teens to come and go.
The pool area is small and next to a cafe and not something we would use - I don’t think we would stay here in summer only because a pool is important to us but for a winter break this was amazing.

We stayed five nights in a third floor one-bedroom apartment in a good location right in the centre of Byron Bay, just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The apartment had a compact bathroom with good shower, washing machine and dryer, and a combined kitchen/bedroom/dining/living room area with flat screen TV. The kitchen was quite well-equipped with glassware, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, fridge freezer, kettle, pod coffee machine, electric cooktop, microwave, oven, toaster, and dishwasher. We found our bed a little too soft for comfort – but that is just a personal preference thing. We noticed the parking is not secure as the gate is open during the day. At night, when the gate is closed, anyone can still access the garage via the building entrances which are unlocked all day. (Keycard accesses are not activated.) Note that there is no lift in this complex – so if you have mobility issues you will need to request a ground floor apartment. Otherwise, this is a great option for a central Byron Bay stay!

It's always a pleasure coming to stay at Byron Quarter. The apartments are beautifully furnished, comfortable and within easy walking distance to everything.
The booking and check in process was easy. We're looking forward to returning next year.

Arrived a couple nights before the cyclone. Staff was working extremely hard to prep the property yet extremely accommodating. Property was immaculate and in an unreal location.

We called to order two pizzas for delivery, after 45 minutes of waiting, we called again and asked about the order. They said there was a confusion on their side, and they put our order in for pick up. So we had them to put our order in again for delievery, they asked for my phone number (my number is an American phone number, I can make calls but I cannot receive calls, I informed them of this and they said it wouldn’t be an issue). After another 45 minutes of waiting, I called again, they said they couldn’t find the address, they tried to call me (which I told them wouldn’t work), they couldn’t get ahold of me so they went back to the store. I called to see why I never received my pizza, I talked to the delievery guy and he hung up on me. So I called again, and was sent to a directory telling me the store was closed. I called one last time, was put on hold for 5 minutes, talked to the manager, and he told me they couldn’t make the delievery if I didn’t have an Australian number to contact, which I was previously told wasn’t a problem. The staff was completely disrespectful and we never received our pizza.

Disrespectful staff. Even more disrespectful manager. I wish there was a way to make them pay for the worst experience ever. Dont waste a second with this place. Go to Legends right across the street. Way better product and super friendly and effective staff.
