Clean and neat room for a couple. Bed was not great as prefer softer mattress. Fine for a night stop over. Lovely staff.

Reception closed much earlier than advertised. No-one was answering the phone for a long time. Could not get the keys. No messages were left for me. It was a stressful check in.

very clean no restaurant no breakfast as advertised in booklet that was in the room close to hotel and bowling club which both have excellent meals

Great friendly staff, great service, awesome food and the best price burgers ive found.. $6 for a works burger!! Some times have to wait a few minutes for my food..but the wait is certainly worth it..keep up the good work! :)

Best kebabs in newcastle. A lot of ppl say the kebabs at Beaumont st are the best in Newy but this joint beats them in size, value and most importantly flavour. Scallops & charcoal chicken are delicious too.
