We booked 3 rooms over the weekend
Rooms were absolutely disgusting
2 off the rooms had bed bugs blood and stains all over bedding toilet covered in urine looked like it had not been clean in months . Have called and emailed with no reply terrible service. Do yourself a favour and stay clear off this hotel . Wish I could upload photos and videos you would be horrified these people are still running.
Health department and fair trading have been notified .

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Rooms were of poor cleanliness with dirt and dust spread across the rooms. Price was 300 a night! Staff had incorrect advertising before purchasing and were rude. Genuinely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. STAY AWAY! I’m contacting fair trading and health inspectors because this place is despicable.

Room was good , parking is a joke, no mention of booking parking or the $25 charge. When I got the check in email it mentioned it& to call reception. I got told to pay $25 for a car park 1 block away.Took the risk of parking in the street for free

This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. The room was filthy, the bed sheets and blankets were stained, and to make things even worse, there were bed bugs I have photos and film. I couldn’t sleep in the beds after what I had seen at all so our family of 8 left at 1am in the morning. I reached out to the host several times and got no response whatsoever. Totally unacceptable and disgusting. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!

Room was behind disgusting. Human faeces in and around the toilet. Wee all over the floor (could smell it as soon as you walked in to the bathroom) bed had hair in it. Decorative pillow was smelly and dark in stains. Toenail clippings on the balcony.

We were assured that we would get new bedding, and some more towels but did not get that.

Saturday morning I woke at 1am my last $300 was gone from my account. Someone from accounting had deducted $283 from my account and to which I called and said I need that back for the music festival we are here for and they assured me it will be in straight away using Osko. That money did not return to my bank account till Tuesday morning.

We had arranged a late checkout of 12:30, as we arrived very late with small children. At 10am, the cleaner knocked and within seconds opened the door into our room without even waiting. Everyone including the children were woken up. I called staff to advise what happened. Within minutes I received a call from the hotel, which I thought would be an apology. Instead it was a different staff member calling me to ask how I would like to pay for my late departure. Appalled by the conversation where this staff member instead of listening went on to raise his voice at me. Terrible customer service.

Rooms are fine. Location is handy. However I needed wifi and that was useless. Help desk couldn’t help. They referred to network integrator who said bandwidth was good. My room at the end of a floor had no decent connection. Made working from room impossible. Management did not follow up and were rude in the process. The ratings seem to tell a story.

Good parking but only early in the morning. Staff are friendly and nice but store has bad issues with their esipper machine rarely working for using up freebies,managers there however listen and apologise and help resolve this problem.Drinks are nice but also an issue with flies buzzing around, shop is small and suggest relocating to more spacious area

Pasta came in a bowl soaked in sauce that was almost a soup. Decent portion but lacking flavour and quality. Definitely not genuine Italian pasta, could easily have done better cooking at home.
