Staying on level 4 we had lovely views from the large balcony. We were impressed with comfort & cleanliness of the rooms. Cafes, eateries, all within walking distance, not to mention Bullock Beach a stones throw away. Great value for money.

We recently stayed at Belaire Place for a week and were very happy with our choice as well as the wonderful water views and the value for money. The units are very spacious, the location is right next to the beach/cafes and it's only a short walk to other Caloundra shops if needed. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful and a small problem we had with our toilet flushing was fixed immediately (thanks to Craig). As per some other comments, the living area in our unit was air conditioned but the bedroom was not. However, there is a bedroom ceiling fan and we also travel with a small circulation fan that can direct cool air between rooms - so problem solved. Lift access to all floors from the secure underground car park is a bonus and makes moving luggage that much easier. All round we really enjoyed our time at Belaire Place and would be very happy to stay again. Many thanks!

Love this place. So clean and so close to the beach. Gail at reception so friendly welcoming and nothing is too much very accommodating with an early check ins. We had a mishap with a toilet seat and all was sorted in a friendly manner. Good communication to get the matter resolved. Thank you

We love staying at Belaire Place, it gives us the ability to genuinely relax and unwind. The location gives us the opportunity to park the car and not have to use it again until we, unfortunately have to go home. The rooms are spacious and more than adequate for our needs. We have stayed here at during Christmas break for the last two years and will coming back again.

No aircon in main area only a small aircon in bedroom which was noisy very very hot until about 4pm each day. Had two ceiling fans with noisy bearings. Bed pillows were huge and hard and bed had no bedspread just cheap polyester blanket. Was above restaurant and street noise was bad until late each night. Staff wete friendly

Room 101 was large and very spacious.
Lovely and clean with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. large patio facing Bulcock Beach with a nice glass and cane table and chairs. Both Gail and Craig who manage reception were very nice, helpful and friendly. Great to have a lockup garage underneath as well. Close to all cafes and shops as well as the beach.
Would totally recommend.

As your chef, and i use that term loosely, doesn't seem to know how to make this, i thought you could pass this on to him.

All you really need to make guacamole is ripe avocados and salt. After that, a little lime or lemon juice—a splash of acidity to balance the richness of the avocado.

It doesn't have to come in a can !!!!

Good food but the manager was oddly condescending when asked about the possibility of splitting the bill, speaking to us as one would to a child. "How would I know who paid for which part of the bill?" Perhaps that's part of being manager! We won't be back

Best meal of the weekend. Do yourself a favour and get down here now and have dinner. The chicken risotto is great. So is the chicken mignon. So glad we came.

Had many meals here over the last 12 months & the food has always been good.
Special mention to how well they do the eye fillet steak, always tender & cooked perfectly definitely did not think it would be so good.
Can be long wait times at busy weekend brunch hours but the staff will tell you up front.

We were seated and served quickly. Drinks and entree were served within 5mins and mains were delicious. Manager and staff are friendly and wonderful.Thank you for an excellent night! Worth the money spent!

Normally visit each time come to Caloundra.
Food was great. Even with a massive party for staff to cover our meals were still delivered in a reasonable time.

Slow to get seated from bar (had to ask a second time). Slow to get our order taken. Slow to get our food. Food comes cold.

The worst part. I thought I'd give hogs breath another go after 2 previous 1 star reviews of other stores.

DON'T DO IT!! Hands down one of the worst restaurants and dining experiences on the coast. Over rated and over priced. All four of us ordered the slow cooked prime rib and they were the saddest and thinnest pieces of prime rib I have seen in my life. Three of the four steaks served to our table were stone cold and the salads were so wet the plate was swimming. The steaks were sent back and they had the hide to return the same steaks to the table after they'd slapped them back on the grill to warm them back up, $40+ for a reheated steak they took two goes to get warm. Service was terrible and they took forever.

Food was outstanding but the beer was warm. The kids received their meals first and had almost finished theirs before we got ours, not quite a family meal when you don't actually get to eat at the same time.

Ordered some take away and was very impressed with the flavor of the chefs signature Bombay lamb curry. Being dairy intolerant, they were very accommodating in making sure that I didn't order anything with dairy in it. Delivery was quick! I want curry again now!
