Amazing from the moment you walk in. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much for them

It's a lovely apartment style hotel. With great eating nearby and easy transport links. Our favourite place to stay in Brisbane.

I lived here from 23rd Feb to First March. I just came out of this Apartment at 11:00. This is in very strategic location and apartment are very new. But it is missing somethings, it is missing Heart of hospitality. Which is smiling and welcoming nature of the staff. I asked the Lady on Duty "Emily" for delayed check out till 12:00. I am a business person and i just asked for the one hour extra stay after I lived there for six night. I was asked for $50 each hour. I requested her that I traveled around the world and I never have such experience. I easily get few hours extension without any extra fee or they try somethings special for making my stay comfortable. I am coming back to Brisbane in June for another week but I am not going to stay at Milton apartment as they miss the heart of Hospitality " Welcoming nature and Customer Values". Thanks to Night staff Who have done Excellent Job.

Great apartments for couples. The technology of the building is of top level. The Milton seem to be enviromentally friendly and the facilities of the building are awesome. Highly recommended

Convenient, spacious, excellent location, just one stop from the city center.

The room was spacious, with a guesthouse/hotel feel. Personally, I felt the cleanliness wasn't as good as a hotel, but it was acceptable. The bedding was clean, though there were some stains on the sofa. All the necessary amenities were provided. The train station is just a minute away, making it highly recommended for those going to the airport or the Gold Coast. The front desk isn't open 24 hours, so if you're arriving late, please contact the hotel in advance.

Enjoyed a great breakfast here at short notice with a good sized family group. Had a great table towards the back. Staff were friendly and food was very tasty. Delivered efficiently (we had 12 in the party). Wouldn't hesitate coming back here again.

This place continues to go down hill. It once was the place for great seafood, the café sold amazing hot chips now they have n seafood and the serving size of the chips has decreased while the price increases.

Lovely coffee but wait times are ridiculous! I call to order my coffee in the mornings & still wait a good 10-15mins when I get there.

Consistently average. I have been here several times for coffee and eaten food from the display cabinet, but not off the menu. The coffee is ok, but the food is really average quality. The service can be a bit hit and miss depending who's on. And the prices are definitely above average for what you get. It's close to work when I need a quick snack, which is the only reason I go back.
