The unit was very clean and the staff were courteous and friendly.

Amazing staff. Well located. Good sized room. The carpet was a little musty and the room was a tiny bit run down but we enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

Everything was pretty good about the property except the toilet paper was the worst we have ever used you get better in a public toilet.

Enjoyed my 2 days here. Secure undercover parking, 3 dining option right infront of building - direct access onto the beach. Apartment was clean and well set up. Rooftop access for an outdoor gathering was nice and the pool looked like good value too.

The view is not bad from the Oceanside view who we had. The hotel room could use some updating in the kitchen and bathroom areas. Climbing over the tall bathtub Jacuzzi to take a shower great either. There were issues with the television turning on and off. Not sure if batteries in remote were bad.

Friendly customer service. No internet to TV and due to limited basement parking, parking could not be guaranteed. Safe street parking was used.

We had 3 bedroom apartment on the last level. What a stunning view! The apartment is large with a kitchen and everything you need All is outdated and needs refreshments

Our room on the 10th floor had outstanding views of Bribie Island . The room was clean and all staff were friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed at Belaire Place for a week and were very happy with our choice as well as the wonderful water views and the value for money. The units are very spacious, the location is right next to the beach/cafes and it's only a short walk to other Caloundra shops if needed. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful and a small problem we had with our toilet flushing was fixed immediately...

Love this place. So clean and so close to the beach. Gail at reception so friendly welcoming and nothing is too much very accommodating with an early check ins. We had a mishap with a toilet seat and all was sorted in a friendly manner. Good communication to get the matter resolved. Thank you

Staying on level 4 we had lovely views from the large balcony. We were impressed with comfort & cleanliness of the rooms. Cafes, eateries, all within walking distance, not to mention Bullock Beach a stones throw away. Great value for money.

We love staying at Belaire Place, it gives us the ability to genuinely relax and unwind. The location gives us the opportunity to park the car and not have to use it again until we, unfortunately have to go home. The rooms are spacious and more than adequate for our needs. We have stayed here at during Christmas break for the last two years and will coming back again.

No aircon in main area only a small aircon in bedroom which was noisy very very hot until about 4pm each day. Had two ceiling fans with noisy bearings. Bed pillows were huge and hard and bed had no bedspread just cheap polyester blanket. Was above restaurant and street noise was bad until late each night. Staff wete friendly

Room 101 was large and very spacious. Lovely and clean with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. large patio facing Bulcock Beach with a nice glass and cane table and chairs. Both Gail and Craig who manage reception were very nice, helpful and friendly. Great to have a lockup garage underneath as well. Close to all cafes and shops as well as the beach. Would totally recommend.

Flexibility of late check-in past midnight as our flight was changed and delayed. The operator was very helpful and ensured that we are still able to check-in irregardless of the time. Easy and convenient check-in with just a pass code to access the key card. Cleanliness is good with lot's of amenities provided. Large room. Walls of room were scuffed and needed painting. Skirting boards in room parted from wall and needed affixing. Draw would not close and needed fixing. Amenities good but place was showing rust leaks in garden bed walls. Pity so much potential but needed care.

Nice hotel with some slightly odd characteristics. The hand basins look stylish but are difficult to use. The room is the largest I've ever seen. The main restaurant is nice, the staff are friendly and competent.

I’m giving 5 stars for Jose, one of the staff members that was an absolute legend. Jose helped me and my partner to jump start our car early in the morning before he even started working. He didn’t need to do that but as soon as he saw us broke down at the car park he came to help! He saved us from missing our flight that morning and we are very grateful for the empathy and kindness!

I stayed at this hotel for a few days, and while it's advertised as a 4-star property, I personally wouldn't rate it that highly. The Room: No microwave available. Cracks on the walls and in the bathroom. All lighting was harsh white; no softer lighting options. No outlets by the bed, which made charging devices inconvenient. If you want a "brand new" resort this is not it, but it is clean and tidy, spacious rooms, great balconies... the pool and spas are amazing and everything is within reach (a quick walk over the road) to Bulcock Beach - a perfect place to holiday!!

The room did have some water damage. However, was very comfortable, had all the amenities needed. Bed was comfy and view was amazing! Our room was clean and tidy. We have been coming here for a few years now and feel this last visit will sadly be our last. The verandas are filthy and not attended too. The floors had a greasy slippery film on it . Last visit we had fish guts and line on the waterfront apartment. Had to wash the blankets before use as smelt and were dirty. The views are magic .

We were able to sit right next to Pumicestone Passage. It was amazing watching the water line so close, two stingrays swam right up to the shores edge. The service was prompt, the food was very enjoyable, and I liked the local beer. So much excitement. My 90 year old mum really enjoyed her birthday.

The place was great - spacious, comfortable, easy to access, had everything we needed. Loved the pool and tennis court. The only downside was the vibrating noise in the ceiling every 30 seconds that went all night. We found out the next day it was the water pump for the aircon. It might be a good idea to highlight this to guests so they know to turn it off at night.

I felt very safe . It was walking distance to the beach. Staff were very helpful. I just had a great stay .

We really enjoyed our stay here the rooms were clean and very well presented. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The view, was amazing and there are is a lovely level walking track along the inlet. The shops are in walking distance and there are bbq facilities at the apartments and along the beach.

Exceptional service by Judy, the Manager. She is welcoming, attentive, and goes out of her way to ensure you’re happy with everything. The gardens and facilities are immaculate. The view is stunning and we will be coming back.

We had a lovely weekend at Sandy Shores. It is in a lovely location, spacious, very clean and quiet. Judy was a wonderful hostess - very friendly and helpful. It is close enough to shops and restaurants to walk there but far enough away that it is very quiet at night. It also has amazing views of the beach. Would highly recommend.

There are 2 basic categories of unit in this block. Units that have been renovated internally less than 10 years ago (called STANDARD units) and ones that have been renovated (called DELUXE units). For value you must choose the DELUXE units.

We stayed in Unit 12 great views, close to all shops. All in walking distance. The unit had all we needed for our 7 night stay. Close (across the road) to the beach for a quiet beach experience or a safe dip as the weather warms up. Lifeguards on duty over the weekends.

As normal Alison and Michael's service was impeccable. They are always friendly, obliging, will go out of their way to make sure our stay is problem free. Apartments are always clean and tidy and has all the facilities required for our stay. We enjoyed it so much we will be back again.

I can not rate Cerulean Apartments high enough. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. Communication is fantastic. The apartments are well maintained and the views are amazing! The only downside was we couldn't stay longer!

We have stayed at Cerulean Apartments in late November for the past five or so years. The apartments are always clean and in very good condition. The location of the complex is absolutely superb being incredibly close to the beach, shopping, cafes and restaurants.

Michael and Alison were so accommodating and understanding with last minute changes to itinerary due to COVID. The apartment was perfect for our family of 6 and is in a perfect location. Plenty of room for all of us and very clean and well maintained. This was the second time we had stated there and will be back as soon as we can. We love this place!

Loved the location, close to the beach and you could hear the waves breaking. The stairs as it is an older building can be a little negative but good for staying fit!

The apartment had everything you could for a complete holiday. Very spacious, full kitchen and laundry and a great view from the balcony. Walking distance to cafes and convenience store and beach is a stones throw away. Only negative for some might be the stair only access but it was good exercise for me. Had a great stay, bbq area, tennis court, pool spa. Could still have ocean view from balcony dining room. Enjoyed my stay, rooms clean and tidy easy access for wheelchair. I was on 3rd floor. Comfortable bed plenty of room 4 adults to children.

This motel is located in a great location being close to most things and with the bus service in the area you can get anywhere on the coast. Clean and quiet, this make this a great place to stay.

The a/c didn’t work so the rooms were stuffy and hot and I wasn’t given any discount or money back even though having ac was apart of my booking. Not the cleanest , balcony had a massive spider web over the table with a big spider. Not enough blankets in room

Property is very basic, units have very dated furniture and very small TV ECT, staff were extremely helpful and lovely to deal with, just the property is quite aged and very limited parking.

Lovely welcome on arrival. Room and facilities spotless. Great to have undercover parking. The apartment we had came with a balcony / table - ideal for reading, cuppa or something stronger and nibbles. Maybe 15 minutes walk to beach to take in the sunrise.
