Immaculately clean. Amazing views, you can see the whales swimming by from your own balcony. Very welcoming and helpful managers. Lots of tasty restaurants within walking distance. Fell in love with this place?????

A great place to stay. Clean, spacious, and very close to local restaurants, convenience store and ATM. A lovely relaxing stay, comfy beds, and a quiet location on the beachfront where whale watching was common from our balcony. A very quick drive to the hustle of Noosa if so desired, but a quiet retreat from it if crowds aren't your thing. Apartment 1 wasn't overly sunny, but it wasn't a problem for us as it kept us cool on the scorching hot days. Still a sensational view of the ocean. Many thanks to our helpful friendly hosts.

The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper so we had to drive around looking for a supermarket open on a Sunday night. The bath towels had holes in them, the whole 7 days the room wasn’t cleaned nor were any clean towels provided The office was never open. They said we should have asked them. I didnt realise you had to ask a place to do their basic job like can we please have towels without holes in them and some toilet paper.

Great place, great location, needs a clean
The apartment was amazing, a really great space. Massive. We took one of the penthouse apartments. The views out over the beach were spectacular and it's just a short walk to the Nossa national park which was a highlight of our trip to Australia - absolutely beautiful. Downsides were that the apartment was a bit unclean - the dishwasher was unemptied and some of the crockery in the cupboards was greasy. My wife and daughter also got stuck in a faulty lift for forty minutes which was exciting. Parking spaces were good. There's a good shop and several restaurants just a short walk away. The surf club (50m away) was really good. v busy. We would definitely stay again.

Very good accommodation as always, although the living room furniture needed a bit of tlc. Also, the carpet was quite stained at the entrance to the main bedroom. The elevator was out of action for maintenance during our stay. Not a major problem per se, but we would have liked to have been informed prior to our arrival so that we could have carried out pre-arrival case load adjustment instead of having to struggle up 3 flights of stairs with very heavy cases. After emailing the management, they did then provide a porter for the penthouse residents (if required) for the rest of our stay. Our 14th visit and we enjoyed our time there - as always. However, we missed having one of the building managers to chat with at the beginning and end of our visit. We didn't particularly like the new (to us) impersonal external key collection system - especially as there was someone in the office when we arrived. Much improved internet speed now for any essential business comms.

The unit wasn’t very clean and the kitchen area was full of ants, you can’t leave food on the bench without the ants invading it, also before coming to unit it was very very hard to contact the manager we have tried many times over many weeks also the booking agent have tried without success, so communication was nil ,we wanted to see if we could alter the booking but we couldn’t reach any one at all

This apartment is very well located. It is spacious. If this were the 1970 the rest would be good too. Needs paint. No comfortable chairs. No Kleenex. The oven is inoperable as all the marking are gone. A sliver of soap and a thin towel, like an old motel. There was a shard of glass in the middle of the floor. Other units in this condo hotel are likely better.

The apartment was very spacious and looked out onto the beach. There was everything that we needed and had a carpark which was covered. Getting onto the complex was a pain as I needed to call for the code to the lock box as the text never got to me due to begin on a NZ phone. An email would have been better. There was a free bus into Noosa during the holidays so there was no stress in driving the car there

The grilled fish was old and smelly, looked totally unappetising and was overcooked and rubbery. Totally inedible and thrown out. Worst fish I have ever had. Sounds familiar with other review posts. And we were given the wrong order and spent another 10 minutes going back to the shop to get the right order. Absolute nightmare. Never again.

Grilled fish was horribly overcooked could nt eat it . The prawn cutlets where 5 percent prawn 95 percent crumb and oil. Nice guys in shop but total tourist trap

This has fast become our Friday evening fave. They do great fresh food and we always get good service. Then we head off to the beach and watch the sun go down while we eat.

-waited half an hour for a SMALL box of potato chips
- 30 minutes, no 'sorry for that' just another small box
- no offer for a large or a discount, mind you there were no other customers in the shop so it was not busy

Off the Hook is great. Close to the beach. We called in our order and it was ready on arrival. The Seafood Basket is the Best! Grilled sea scallops and the best calamari I've ever had.
