Picture Point Terraces in Noosa Heads

A beautiful getaway with our young family. The penthouse (Casablanca) is a 3 story, private apartment, with its own hot tub and unrivalled views across Noosa. What makes Picture Point Terraces a standout stay is the manager Ashleigh. Ashleigh went above and beyond for us and was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were even offered a late check out to continue enjoying our trip, sadly we had to leave early so couldn’t accept her kindness.

A hidden gem, beautifully appointed and spacious two bedroom villa. Huge balcony and a little spa pool which was also fenced off so the kids could be kept safe. There is so much privacy and the views are amazing of Noosa. A five minute walk down a few back stairs to get to the middle of Hastings Street. Had a fabulous time and will definitely stay here again.

We live staying here when visiting Noosa. Self contained apartments with views of the Ocean and hinterland. Large balconies with gas bbq, spas and outdoor dining table. Apartments are fully equipped with everything needed for any length of stay. Only a five minute walk to Hastings street.

Loved this place - unit 7 tastefully decorated, amazing sunset views, clean and well equipped, lovely hot-tub, helpful reception staff. Nice pool area. 5–10 mins to beach down some steps. Highly recommended

Another great stay at Picture Point Terraces. As always the view is magnificent, the apartment and balcony a great size and the quietness of being removed from the busy Hastings Street appreciated. I wanted to write this review as the management has now changed. While it is sad to see Bob and Robyn go, the new team of Sam and Ashleigh, led by Ryan are fantastic. They could not be more helpful or friendly. Even had Ryan interrupt his at night gym workout to come and fix our lights after the safety switch tripped and we could not get it back on. As always we had a great stay at our favourite place in Noosa. Thanks to all the team.

My husband and I and our adult children stayed in Apartment 10 for a long weekend in late February 2025 and we couldn't have asked for a better location and apartment. The views from our apartment were 'to die for' and the apartment itself was spotless with everything thought of for us. Ashleigh was an absolute delight. So professional and so personal all at once. She is a major asset to the company managing the apartments. The pool was lovely and the complex itself was quiet as a mouse. We know we didn't have the place to ourselves, but it felt like we did. Sitting in the spa on the verandah with a champagne, after a lovely day at Noosa Main Beach, just looking at the view, is a memory that will last a lifetime. We had a wonderful stay at Picture Point Terraces. The apartment was beautifullly appointed and the massive terrace with bbq and spa was so relaxing looking at the stunning view to Noosa but being elevated in the trees. Yet being 3 min walk to Hastings st and beach. We could have the best of both worlds. It was great having a dedicated car space for car rental as we were able to explore all of Noosa and hinterland. Bob and Robyn are very helpful hosts. All in all I cannot recommend this accommodation, amenities and location more highly.

Like others I feel that by reviewing this great property, that you are exposing Noosa's best kept secret. These apartments are fantastic. They are a great size with plenty of space, the full top range kitchen is appreciated. The furnishings were tasteful and the balcony was next level. It is nice and big, with great views and the kids loved the big spa. Yes there are a few steps up from Hastings St but nothing any child aged over 3 or 4 couldn't manage easily. In all we had a great stay and will be back, as long as they do not become too popular like their sister property No 1 in Hastings which is constantly booked out.

This is a beautiful and classy complex - but be aware there is a considerable set of stairs down to, and back up from, Hastings Street and the beach. Firstly you will most likely have internal stairs from your unit to the building’s exit. From there to the gate leading out of the complex’s grounds is about 20 stairs. There are then about 120 stairs down to Noosa Drive. From there, Hastings Street and the beach is a walk of about 100 metres. Note the stairs are under a permanent canopy of trees as it is close to Noosa National Park. Don’t let the stairs put you off as the big payoff for the stairs - you are away from the crowds and noise of Hastings Street. And being high, the views are magnificent! Our apartment was beautifully furnished and very, very well equipped. This is a wonderful place to stay unless you are unfit , have small children, or are elderly, when the trip up and down to the beach may be difficult. My only beef would be the scraping noises of the outdoor furniture on the deck above us. Surely chairs and even the table could be fitted with some sort of rubber feet.
