The Rise Noosa in Noosa Heads

Nice complex in good location for Hastings St and Noosa Junction. The Rise is at a top of a hill and has many steep steps if yoor unit is at the top. There are lifts but not covering all flights of stairs. We were in unit 32 for 6 nights. On the positive side the unit was well equipped with a good view to the sea. On the negative side the unit was well worn with some items being dirty. Soft furnishings were stained and the white walls had many dirty marks in the high traffic areas. The unit smelled of cigarette smoke. Curtains in the bedroom were dirty and stained. Locks on the doors were broken. Insufficient towels wre supplied. When trying to get more we were told to wash them in the provided washing machine. Some may say fair enough! 6 nights. no change of bedding , again wash them! It may be a fair response to some, you be the judge of that. But we felt disappointed. No replenishment of toilet rolls or tea bags. These issues make the difference between a great place to stay and one that's good to average. My experience is that this place is average. Maybe you will get better in Noosa for the same money elsewhere.
