Fantastic location about 30m from the beach and an easy walk to everything in town. Staff communication was excellent! They were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

We were impressed by the manager, crystal, the location, and the apartment/room itself. Place was big, clean, had a lovely living room and patio. Crystal was accommodating! The place looked just like the photos from the booking.

Crystal gave great instructions to enter the property after hours. Apartment was on the top floor (note no stairs for those with mobility issues). No problem for us at all. As part of our package a mid stay clean was offered which included restocking toilet paper, washing powder and dishwasher items - never usually included so that’s a real plus! Comfy beds and so close to everything including the beach a few steps away. Loved it!

Excellent property, ideally situated at the lower quiet end of Macrossan St. Short walk to beach or restaurants and shopping.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable, containing everything one might need, for in our case a two week stay. The manager Crystal was a delight to deal with; the correct mix of friendly, professional, and great area knowledge. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her by way of helping us. I witnessed her being like this with other guests as well. Silkari Hotels should be proud to have her as an wonderful ambassador for their brand. We will definitely be returning to Silkari Refections of Port Douglas. Thank you Crystal from Andy and Lynne.

Excellent two week stay at this lovely property. Located at the quiet end of Macrossan Street, Silkari Reflections delivered on all that it promoted. The two room superior apartment we booked was spacious, very clean and wanted for nothing in way of anything we needed. The modest pool was very clean and I swam in it everyday of our stay. Manager; Crystal was an absolute delight. Whilst always busy and highly professional nothing was ever too much trouble for her if you needed her friendly assistance. She always made you feel like a very valued guest. I also noted this when I witnessed her interactions with other guests. Silkari Hotels is very lucky to have acqired her services and she is a valuable ambassador for the brand. Also I would like to commend the friendly and fastidious cleaning staff. We will both happily return to Silkari Refections of Port Douglas.

Had all that you need for a family holiday home away from home. A few simple fixes need attending like broken towel rail in bathroom, blind in living area broken and beds seriously need replacing. Otherwise great location, easy walk into town and right next to four mile beach. Pool was perfect temperature and would probably stay again if it was updated a little.

Really impressed with Silkari Reflections! Great location walking distance to centre of town and 4 mile beach is a few steps away. The pool area could do with a bit of TLC but the apartment was well equipped and great size for a family. Kitchen has everything you could need. Communication in the lead up to check in was great. Special thanks to Emma and Crystal for organising the room to be ready for an early checkin- this made a trip so much easier with a toddler.

Absolutely beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. Crystal was the Hostess Extraordinaire. So kind, thoughtful and accommodating. Even knocked on our door with chocolates for my husband's birthday. Awesome location, so close to the beach and some fabulous restaurants. 20 out of 10 for Crystal and Silkari Reflections. Thank you so very very much.

I am surprised to see the previous reviews. My family and I loved the pizza, especially the base, which was thin, crispy and tasty, just like in Italy. We wanted the deal with the 2 for 1 homemade tiramisu but there was only one tiramisu left, so the chef gave us the tiramisu plus a desert pizza with nutella, bananas and walnuts, my kids loved it and asked for more. If you want an authentic pizza in Port Douglas, go to Portico!

The place advertizes vegan options but does not actually offer them giving the excuse that the suoermarket was out of stock. That would be the same supermarket we went to and bought all vegan ingrediants including vegan cheese and made our own pizza. The attittude of the sales girl was very poor and it seemed that out business was not wanted and that was before we asked for the vegan options. The pizzas are quite small for the price and will not fill a hungry large adult. Much improvemement required.
