This property is basic but fills all your needs. Clean with king size bed. Kitchen bowls plates wine glasses and cutlery. Fresh milk provided too. Great location in Townsville and right next to 7/11.

Solid Building, staff were friendly and efficient.
However,
Rooms werent clean, blankets on the bed were dirty covered in food, the bathrooms were dirty, ???? Snot on the wall behind the towel holder

Nice motel, very big rooms and everything I needed was there. Check in and out was very easy.

James the staff member who greeted us was so lovely. We flew in early from Brisbane, dropped our bag off and he organised our room to be ready asap, which we appreciated so much! The room was so clean, with great amenities. Thanks Team :)

Overpriced and not worth it, staff were rude when questioned as to why the second day was more expensive for less than what was ordered the day before for ("i wasn't here yesterday") was the response in an unpleaseant tone. Inconsistency in price and what u receive. My uncle passed away so my whole family was up here and this was close to where we were staying, but i Won't return to this place.....disappointed!

Always love seeing the ladies who provide me with excellent coffee every week day. I would strongly suggest that the an industrial carpet and acoustic ceiling tiles be installed t ostop the transfer of noise.

I revisited cuisine on Bowen for a Sunday breakfast, and have to say I'm very disappointed with the service from the staff. The girls were rude, non engaging, and gave the impression it was a burden to serve paying customers. Some businesses fail to realise its not enough to have the most tasty meal, the most attractive dish or the most elaborate set up. If you don't have good customer service and welcoming, attentive staff, then you might as well say goodbye to customers like me. I won't be back.
