I stayed three nights and did day tours to Bruny Island and the Tasman peninsula. The B&B is in a beautiful older home that is nicer than any hotel. John, the host, is really nice and fun to talk with. The kitchen is well stocked and it is possible to cook your own meal. Breakfast is self-service which was ideal for the early departure of the day tours. the B&B is only a few stops from one of the stops for the airport bus. There are supermarkets in central Hobart.

The room, while a bit old, had a lot of character. The breakfast buffet was simple but satisfying, with milk, orange juice, a few types of cereal, some fruit, and instant noodles. The location was decent, about a 20-minute walk to the city center and Woolworths. The shared bathrooms and toilets were also very clean.

We like the Victorian charm and the decorations. The room and toilets are clean and tidy. The breakfast provided different kind of milk including oat milk which is good for people with lactose intolerance like me. The only downside is no individual bathroom in room.

Great kitchen with everything necessary for breakfast. Quirky property with unusual decor that adds to the charm. John was very helpful regarding advice for journeys, food and places to visit. Good location. Easy walk to city.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and there's parking in the city center. The price was absolutely worth it! Salamanca Place is a convenient 10-minute walk away, and dining options are also nearby.
The house is truly unique, and the various decorations in this old building are full of stories.
Electric blankets are included, so you don't have to worry about being too cold.

Good position, very clean Very good location and very clean, parking a little difficult, breakfast with different types of bread and that drink was also very rich.

Stayed for 4 nights. Great that they had exclusive parking lots at the back of the B&B. Not exactly inside center of town, but easily walkable. Very endearing owner, John, who was more than happy to chat and share travel tips.
Wife and kids weren't too thrilled with bathrooms being outside of our rooms though.
apart from that, it was a pleasant stay, in a quaintly decorated B&B, comfortable beds and basic (self served) breakfast.
