Slightly disappointed with this stay. I was in Launceston for two nights and specifically chose a more expensive hotel, but it turned out to be not as good as the Best Western.
Pros: It's relatively new and quiet.
Cons: The room's furniture style strongly resembles old hotels in China, and the room itself isn't very large. Also, it really feels like Australia has a severe labor shortage. The front desk closes at 5 PM, so you have to self-check-in (which isn't really an issue). However, I put out the 'please make up room' sign before heading out in the morning, but no one came to clean it by the time I returned in the evening. The tissue box in the room was less than a third full and ran out on the first day. Since I didn't see any staff members the entire time, I couldn't even ask for a refill.

Location was ok if you are driving as it required a long steep ramp to access. No lift and needed to carry the luggage by stairs.
Room is spacious enough and was clean. Only downside is no gym facilities.

Hotel is clean and nice. It looks quite new. We park our car in front of the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our two-night stay at the hotel. The staff at the reception were incredibly accommodating, offering us a ground floor room without even needing to be asked. This was especially helpful given my husband's mobility limitations.
The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a queen-sized bed that was perfectly fine for us. The location was excellent, with numerous restaurants nearby. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary bottled water in the room.
One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning sunset views from our room, which made for a truly memorable experience.
