The location was good. Amenities were satisfactory. The staffs were nice. It is right on the street so can get noisy. There was no air-conditioning system although there was a water cooler.

Stayed the night to watch The Hawks and needed somewhere cheap and cheerful. The room was small and basic but had everything you need for a stopover, fridge, kettle, microwave etc. The heater we had in our room didn't work but the staff were absolute legends in ensuring they found us one, so we were certainly cosy and warm 😁 we didn't eat a meal but did take some garlic bread away, which was yummy! Would stay again next time, thanks guys 😊

Good location, clean, friendly staff. Good offering of tea)coffee/milk/toiletries. Only complaint was road noise but that's what is to be expected if you stay on a main road. I would recommend and stay again if ever in the area.

The hotel is very very very good from each and every aspect. The owner of the hotel is so gentle and warm-hearted. The staffs also very helpful. Location, cleanliness, service all praiseworthy. I recommend this hotel for every kind of traveler. I never write review but their co-operative behavior compelled me to do so this time.

This place is incredible! Walking home on Friday night after all the restaurants had closed, our eyes popped out in disbelief when we saw the amazing deli full of delicious precooked meals. We had the lasagna (did someone's nonna make this?) but the pies, salads and curries looked great too. The grocery store is a hipster's dream, with craft beers, artisan coffee beans and organic foods – vegan deserts to boot!?

Without a doubt a better range than anywhere in Melbourne at 11pm ... or possibly any time. The staff were really lovely too!

I am visiting from Melbourne and was excited to venture out in Launceston for breaky this morning. Our visit to Elaia seemed good at first. The staff were polite and attentive yet we were not offered water. The tables were super dodgy and wobbly. Our coffees took awhile to come out and delivered at different times and mine was quite bitter. But when my avocado breaky came out it was tiny kids meal size with probably half an avo which I felt may be justified for $13 It was the measliest amount of fetta maybe 1/2 a teaspoon that id requested and an egg that came from a mutant chicken. You guys should be absolutely ashamed yourself for charging me $23 for a joke of a meal. Please do not waste your time and money in this establishment as you will be greatly disappointed like me. I love eating out and flaw very few businesses. I even copped a very sarcastic goodbye and thankyou. Thanks guys you suck!

I had the 'grilled chicken salad', it was bland and not enough on plate. Way overpriced at $29.50 per serve. Staff were attentive and friendly but won't be going back!

Has a deli out front, full of specialty cheese and smallgoods, some made right there. Cakes and pastries.
