Overall, the accommodation was okay. For the price in Launceston, it's excellent value for money. It's convenient for visiting many attractions, the heating is strong, and there's ample parking. If you're planning a road trip, this is a great choice.

The room was very comfortable, with air conditioning and electric blankets, and convenient parking. The hotel is in a good location and the autumn scenery outside the window is beautiful.

The room is spacious, clean and tidy. There are two large beds in the two bedrooms and a small bed in the living room downstairs. There is a washing machine and the kitchen facilities are also complete. It is very suitable for family travel. There is a local supermarket and Asian supermarket not far from the hotel, which is suitable for Chinese stomachs. You can buy some buns, wontons and other things to cook for breakfast. There is also a Chi Chi cafe Chinese restaurant in the next block, which tastes good. It is not far from the city park, where you can go for a walk. There are Japanese monkeys in it.

Stayed for 1 night but am very impressed with the cleanliness and space of the room. We have a small balcony to enjoy the evening too. Towels were clean and bed is comfortable. We had a very restful sleep to continue our exploration of Tasmania.

Well located. Beautiful place. Nice balcony where you can have a cup of coffee and look at the city.
The only drawback is that you can hear other guest walking outside your room.

Clean, vintage look, perfect bed and breakfast, close to everything in the city. The breakfast was good. And you do get great views from your room. A bottle of water and maybe some slippers be a good idea in the room.

The restaurant serves good quality Indian food. We tried the chicken tikka masala which was quite nice and the prawn briyani was also good. The service is quite good as well

This is a fabulous Indian Restaurant and now one of our favourites this end of Australia. The service was excellent, Sophie clearly loves working here and is a real asset apart from the chefs of course! We will certainly be back. Thank you! ?

Granted, it was Boxing Day, but order took between 45 and 60 minutes to reach the table, as in the first dish arrived after 45 minutes, then the last person got theirs 15 minutes after. The chilli cheese fries had no cheese, the chips were very oily and salty. We ordered two burgers, and then we were told they had ran out. One was substituted for a cheaper meal, but no offer of a refund. After all that, it didn’t even taste good. I would not bother going back, and wouldn’t recommend it to people I like.

Went in with a group of 5. First they ran out of beef patties so one of the orders had to be changed to sliders. Then after 45 minutes, 4 of the orders came out and my chilli cheese fries were barely warm and didn’t have any cheese whatsoever. Then after a total HOUR of waiting, the last burger came out, without lettuce or tomatoes. I would rather eat plain, burnt toast than return to Holy Guacamole.

After God created the heavens and the Earth, separated the seas and skies, gathered the waters and grew the vegetation, on the seventh day he rested. What the bible's authors failed to document was that on that day, an overwhelming hunger manifested in him. One that could not be satisfied only with the vegetation he had created. So after resting on the seventh day, Lo and behold the glories of the shredded beef burrito, chicken topped nachos and the mysterious hot sauce atop of the cheesy fries. God descended from the heavens and said, "Thou shall enjoy the glories of Holy Guacamole and its magnificent cuisine."

Pierre the pioneer. First coffee machine in Australia. Always the most romantic place to take a girl before or after the theatre, pictures or a concert in Launceston. Live forever Pierres.
