Full of wildness and quiet. Although it is 10km away from the city center, it is not inconvenient. The front desk is very friendly and efficient. It is said that there is laundry service, but it is a bit far, so I didn't experience it.

The service was excellent. The facilities were well-maintained, clean, and provided a comfortable environment throughout my stay. As for the food, it was delicious with a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend it!

The suite was quite spacious and came with a microwave and utensils, but there was no stove, dishwasher, or washing machine, so it's not a standard hotel apartment. Parking was very tight; when I arrived in the evening, the garage was already full, and I had to park on the street.

Great location, car park is a bit tight and with additional fee, afterhour off street car park around the corner is free if available. Place is clean but somehow our apartment has some smell when enter.

The room was a good size, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The washing machine even came with laundry detergent, which was very convenient. I'd recommend driving as there are plenty of parking spaces available.

Location is amazing - walkable distance to the city park. Our family loves it! The room and parking area are spacious too! The room’s soundproof can be improved but thankfully we were traveling on a less busy day so we had a lovely time there.

Quite a satisfactory motel, the room was very spacious. The hotel is located on a small hill and has parking, with three rows of buildings. The city park is just across the road, making it convenient for shopping.

can't accept a hotel only have reception and staff on site only from 9-5, it would be quite inconvenient if assistance are require out of that time

The room wasn't large, but the hotel's location was good. I went to check in at the earliest scheduled time (around 2 PM), only to find the front desk was already closed. After calling, I was told how to check emails and obtain a password to open the locker and get the key. This wasn't very convenient, not typical hotel practice, and it's not a guesthouse; I wasn't used to this method.

Service was great and very friendly. The room was tidy and the location of the hotel was very close to the CBD.

Room was impeccably clean .... cleankng ataff on morning of check out were friendly and NOT pushy to have us checkout. pleased experience. Only thing was noise from traffic and light coming in from outside of room.

It has a history, but it's very well preserved. The interior is stylish and beautiful, offering panoramic views of Launcheston. We went on a weekday, so early check-in is possible. Free parking makes it a great place to stay.

It would be nice if there was a ramp at the entrance; it's really inconvenient to go up stairs with large luggage. The hotel itself was very comfortable, and the toiletries smelled wonderful.

Location was ok if you are driving as it required a long steep ramp to access. No lift and needed to carry the luggage by stairs. Room is spacious enough and was clean. Only downside is no gym facilities.

Hotel is clean and nice. It looks quite new. We park our car in front of the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I am very impressed with this hotel, great amenities including apple tv, Foxtel and pretty much the options such as screen casting as you don't find these options in many 4 star hotels. The hotel is well located, within walking distance to the city centre & many attractions. They offer free Wi-Fi & carparking, there's an on-site restaurant bar, we enjoyed a couple of buffet breakfasts from here. The hotel is located in the city center. You can't see the distant scenery and the room is too small. The toilet is quite big.

Overall, the accommodation was okay. For the price in Launceston, it's excellent value for money. It's convenient for visiting many attractions, the heating is strong, and there's ample parking. If you're planning a road trip, this is a great choice.

The room is spacious, clean and tidy. There are two large beds in the two bedrooms and a small bed in the living room downstairs. There is a washing machine and the kitchen facilities are also complete. It is very suitable for family travel. There is a local supermarket and Asian supermarket not far from the hotel, which is suitable for Chinese stomachs. You can buy some buns, wontons and other things...

Stayed for 1 night but am very impressed with the cleanliness and space of the room. We have a small balcony to enjoy the evening too. Towels were clean and bed is comfortable. We had a very restful sleep to continue our exploration of Tasmania.

The location was good. Amenities were satisfactory. The staffs were nice. It is right on the street so can get noisy. There was no air-conditioning system although there was a water cooler.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. More than expected from a room at a pub. It was just as good as a motel room 😁

Stayed the night to watch The Hawks and needed somewhere cheap and cheerful. The room was small and basic but had everything you need for a stopover, fridge, kettle, microwave etc. The heater we had in our room didn't work but the staff were absolute legends in ensuring they found us one, so we were certainly cosy and warm 😁 we didn't eat a meal but did take some garlic bread away, which was yummy...

A nice and comfortable room. It came with an attached ensuite which I didn’t realise when I booked it, so that was a very nice surprise. A little bit noisy at night, but not outside of expectations. Overall was a lovely place to stay and the walk from there to the main part of Launceston was very easy.

The room was comfortable, large bathroom. Dining was full of choices in or outside/undercover, great menu. Staff were friendly professional and all wonderfully dressed in black. Love it and will be back.

We had a great room with views over Launceston. Balmoral in a very handy position, close to the CBD. The room was clean and had all amenities, including microwave and plates / cutlery. We enjoyed the continental breakfast with lovely fruit. The Hotel Manager was welcoming and helpful with knowledge of the best local restaurants.

Easy check-in and out process, good location, could actually walk to Cataract George Reserve. Sufficient parking lot. An interesting place to stay with some activity within the hotel premises. The room was a bit too dim, even though they provided several lights, but all were yellow lights. There is noise (water flow?) that would be quite disturbing if you are a light sleeper.

The hotel was clean, and self-check-in on the day was convenient, although the check-in location was a short walk from the hotel. The room was spacious, and the hotel's location was excellent, with a cable car park nearby. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

For travelers like us with heavy luggage, climbing the stairs was quite tiring. However, we really liked the environment.

The house is quite unique, and the restaurant downstairs is also good. It's conveniently located. Overall, it's a good place.

The hotel staff were warm and attentive, and the environment was beautiful. The rooms had a wooden interior, giving them an ancient and mysterious feel. Since I arrived late, I didn't get a chance to take photos of the hotel, so I'll substitute them with some local scenery shots instead!

Great one-night stay at Adina Hotel with friends. The two bedroom apartment was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay smooth and enjoyable. Would happily stay again.

The room was clean, comfortable & spacious, with lots of fresh air & natural light. A older building, but rooms modernised nicely. Plenty of free parking.  Located high on a hill in central Launceston, it provides beautiful views over the northern side of the city.  It’s walking distance to the CBD, river and City Park monkey enclosure.  Would happily stay again 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at adina apartments. Walking distance to everything. Great view had everything we needed for our stay. The only downside was the bed very uncomfortable, hard and could feel the springs. Otherwise can recommend this place.

Very good accommodation in the heart of the city of Launceston. Check in on Christmas eve was easy. Kim was very helpful and answered our questions about the city and surrounding areas. The picture shown is from our apartment balcony.
