A great place to stay. Our room was great apart from having nowhere to cook food, not even a microwave but other than that it was fine. We will stay again. Also the lady (Mina?) Was very nice and friendly.

Mina is an outstanding receptionist. She is always very friendly, kind, and has a great sense of humor. She made us feel at home from the very first moment and helped us with everything we needed. Her warm and professional approach made our stay much more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Rooms are well sized with a smart TV, This is where anything good ends.
Service was below average. Rooms were filthy. Non secure parking. Restaurant on site is dismal. No advice on checkout procedure or even a time. Noise travels through room to room easily. Not located close to any amenities.

We had a great weekend stay at Ibis Styles Albany. I booked online and mentioned a late check-in at 10 PM. Sue called during the day to confirm and sent clear instructions for collecting keys, which made the process smooth. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Mina at reception was cheerful and gave excellent tips on local attractions. Perfect place for a family stay—special thanks to Sue for ensuring everything went well!

Room right on the highway. Quite loud. Shower subpar. Had to run around to get wet!

A perfect little home away from home. I loved my ground floor room with microwave, crockery, cutlery and good quality bathroom consumables. 15min walk or 2 min drive to the supermarket. I am looking forward to coming back!

Room was pleasantly and suprisingly more modern than expected. Spacious room, comfortable and big king size bed. Bathroom was also sufficiently spacious. Amentities were great with plenty of power points, storage space and really happy with the microwave and crockery. Generally quite clean. Staff were friendly as well. Location is a few mins drive to town centre. Suggested areas of improvement: could do with an extra bin (one in bathrom and one in main room), more hooks or rails in bathroom, slippers (do hotels still supply those?), and the toilet seat was slighly wet upon arrival (assume from recent clean). Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay and would stay again.

Check in was fast and the room was very spacious. The room had everything you might need for a stay, and the room was very clean and comfortable. With its location there really is nothing to complain about. The staff were lovely and I would definitely come back.

No chips just crappy currires and chicken ok
Price went up quality and quantity down
Hardly anyone there because so bad

Having dinner buffet with my daughter now and it's ridiculous no food you can get took so much time to top up and you can't get the food you wanna get, pasta so blunt can't taste the dressing just taste like a boiled pasta. So frustrating at this moment that you're so hungry but no food to take on buffet table.
