A great place to stay. Our room was great apart from having nowhere to cook food, not even a microwave but other than that it was fine. We will stay again. Also the lady (Mina?) Was very nice and friendly.

A perfect little home away from home. I loved my ground floor room with microwave, crockery, cutlery and good quality bathroom consumables. 15min walk or 2 min drive to the supermarket. I am looking forward to coming back!

It wasn’t anything special honestly. Location was ok to visit around the area. But is more like a motel than anything. Lady at the front was nice and the cleaning ladies as well. We didn’t saw anyone else. Room had clean towels every day during our stay.

I chose this room type because I had luggage and didn't want to go up to the second floor. It was very convenient as the parking spot was right at the door. The kitchen had a two-burner induction cooktop and a portable mini oven, which was enough for simple cooking. The hygiene was also decent, quite clean.

The counter lay b was friendly and willingly to accommodate my request to add 1 more pax at the last Min. The uni had everything needed. But the ground floor room was too cold without any heater available. TV comes with Netflix but need your own login.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good the accomodation was. We had a two bedroom apartment and it was equiped with very comfortable beds, a reverse cycle air conditioning / heater unit as well as a large fridge, large pantry and a dishwasher. I definitely would stay here again.

Well kept in good location for Albany. Only downside is the incredibly tricky spots to get your caravan into if you're unlucky enough to get the outer edge of the streets. Even middle is tough if there are cars opposite. Otherwise, just a regular well kept van park

BIG4 Middleton Beach Holiday Park is an excellent place to stay. The grounds are clean and well maintained, the staff are consistently friendly, and the location is genuinely beautiful with direct access to the beach and great walking paths. We stayed for a couple of days, and being beach lovers, it was an ideal location. The room was adequate with all amenities provided. The bed was most comfortable, and we both slept well. The only criticism was the tv, which was impossible to watch in bed and selection of programs terrible. Charge a dollar extra and provide Nexflex it would be a bonus to both kids and adults.

This accommodation was lovely, unit was spotlessly clean and fresh…location was perfect to access a great coffee shop and the beach, The unit was spacious which was good for my mum who has mobility challenges. Would definitely recommend… Beautiful 😊

I used to stay at this place many years and thought it would be OK, but sadly it is rather "tired". The facilities are OK, but the cleanliness was seriously lacking - especially the bathroom & kitchen floors. We booked 2 units close to each other, only to find we could not have been further apart.

The staff were lovely and made check in very easy. We didnt have kids, but were impressed with the undercover play area for them. Bed and couch were both very firm, so if thats your thing, then you will love it

As per usual with the staff and the Room allocated, it was another much appreciated experience. As a Rep, who has stayed at this Motel for nigh on 28 Years, I was once again looked after by the staff and the unit I was allocated, was quiet and as always, beautifully clean. Many thanks to Kristina and the Banksia staff, for a fitting end to my last trip to Albany as the end my work career looms in December...

Breakfast closed to early at 9.30, considering check out is 10am.. need look at this as paid for breakfast in deal and never received.. maybe a credit of $40 would be forthcoming

Very well appointed apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Parking right next to the unit. Easy access to all the wonderful tourist attractions Albany has to offer. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The Quality apartments are central to amenities but still very spacious and quiet with awesome views.

Receptionist was very helpful, and Room service meal from the dining room was excellent.

Although the property is a bit dated the rooms are fresh and modern with a high level of cleanliness. The attached restaurant Lime 303 is a great choice for high end eating in Albany. We have been here on 2 separate occasions and we plan on staying here again.

Pretty amaze by the friendly service by the staff and the well keep rooms. We are happy with the stay and location definitely good. Walk across is the malls and plenty of shop nearby.
