Absolutely delightful stay! Theresa is lovely, very friendly and always happy to answer questions and have a chat. Yummy breakfast cooked each morning. Very clean room and bathroom, plenty of parking space and super close to shopping centre (250m), train station (20 minutes walk or 3 minutes drive), and quick train into city. Would recommend staying here for sure. Thank you, Theresa:)

The motel’s location was convenient, close to local restaurants and to the beach. Parking was free and right outside my room, which made things even easier.

What a wonderful experience, Theresa the host is such a lovely friendly person, you couldn't ask for a better host. Room is large with comfy double bed. Highly recommend 👌

The host is very friendly and she prepared simple but very good breakfast. We enjoyed chatting with her. The room was very cozy, and she even tidied up our room every day to ensure the cleanliness. We loved this place really much and we highly recommended this place.

Unbeatable value for money in every way.
Everything was great, so friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Four minutes walk from mall which catered for food and adjacent to a REVO gym. I will be going back to The Palms for sure.

I always go here with my mum and Dad once every 2 or 1 weeks and it is delicious. The service is fast, very nice service, the food comes out hot, delicious and fast. The people are very nice and their isn’t a language barrier. There are a lot of dim sum’s but I recommend going to Warwick’s. The food is absolutely amazing and delicious, please thank the chef and the cookers. A couple times a year I bring my whole family and my nieces and nephew always eat the porridge. I always eat the porridge every single time I go here ever if I am full. This is why it is always busy, even though it is always busy, the tables are not cramped together like other restaurants. This is why I recommend this restaurant and rate it 5/5 stars??

No where near Melbourne standard for Peking duck, but probably as good as you're going to get for Perth. The rest of their food is above average for suburban chinese but nothing to write home about. Re: Fried RIce: hate to break it to you mate but no chinese restaurant uses fresh rice for fried rice. By definition the dish utilises leftoever rice. That being said it shouldn't have been clumpy and it sounds like the cook on the day didn't fry it properly.
