We had a great stay at Seashells on Scarborough. The beach was lovely and we enjoyed strolling at both the start and end of the days. Food options were plenty easy parking.

Ideal for my five day stay only 15 minutes by car to sports stadium. Kitchenette sufficient for me to cook my own meals. Great for walking on the beach and experiencing the ambience at night along the waterfront.

Old rooms, Would say 3 star accommodation. Outside lights at night shine through the wooden shades that don’t completely cover for privacy. Windows whistled very loudly with the wind blowing all night.
Great location. Plenty to see and do.

Not worth what you pay for it
Noise going on and off every 10 mins all day and night. Random splash stains up walls including toilet walls. Mould inside door frames. Baby cockroches in bath. Random unidentified insect dropped down from kitchen extractor fan within 10 mins of checkin. Staff were lovely and hotel has lots of potential due to location, but definitely needs more care and maintenance

The weather was not quite nice during our stay so it started to rain and water was coming into the room through the window and I had to mop up
The location was nice but I realized that for 150 € a night I could have something nicer
The apartment would need some refresh

spacious apartment with good views of the water, great location to nearby restaurants. pool was very nice.

Awesome location with stunning view over the Indian ocean. I recommend the iced chocolate. Beach life ambiance and nice decor. Will be great once building works are finished on esplanade. Handy location as easy to park nearby. It's a historical building too as part of scarborough beach history. The little outdoor area is nice with a bit of a breeze.

Don't usually review but had a very average experience. Staff were grumpy and it seemed as if it was an inconvenience that we were there. Brought us the same drink 3 times that we didn't order. Don't allow for any changes in the menu (I asked for no meat in my breakfast dish!). Sometimes this is understandable if the place is busy but it was almost empty. My meal was nothing special. Gluten free bread was just supermarket cardboard. Friend's meal was awful.Waste of money!

One of the best coffee I ever had and good service.

Don't go there!! The machine ripped my rear wiper off and when I retrieved it from the wash bay, I found 4 others lying there!
BP made it extremely difficult and cumbersome to make a claim - even with photos and email quotes for repair as proof. In the end I just cut up my Velocity card and threw it away.
