We found this place and were really happy with the apartment and its close location to the Perth CBD. Off-street parking is also a huge win! The room is comfortable and clean with an on-site pool (would be great in Summer) Unfortunately that's where it stops. We had a great night out and dinner at The Island in Elizabeth Quay and when we returned, we discovered the power had tripped out in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen was still live. As the owner/manager lived in the next apartment I knocked on thier door to seek assistance. They were very friendly and apologised but didn't offer any assistance, any alternative nor any discount. Just smiled, said sorry and left. That's pretty disappointing when you pay full price but not returned with full service nor value for money. It would have been a better review if they had tried a little harder to rectify the situation. It's our last night in the Perth so a little disappointed to end it on this note. Don't worry though, it's one bad experience from a week in the West!

This property is basic but has all that you need for a short term stay. It's clean, tidy, value for money, close to the city and has free parking which is rare around the city area. Highly recommend.

I felt very unsafe in this place. Especially when someone was trying to get into the room from the garden side door. Dodgy as and staff seemed very unaware and uncaring when I've tried to talk about being broken in to.

The apartment was clean but there was damage which was worrying as they took a $200 deposit which they didn't release for 7 days so we had to take photos of existing damage. The sofa in the living room was very hard and uncomfortable also the bed sheets were all crinkled and not ironed . The worst part was the swimming pool which was dirty green and looked like an avocado smoothy which was extremely disappointing; because we had walked all round Perth, it was an extremely hot day and we would have had a swim if it hadn't been so dirty.

Room was ok….
Missing pillow cases on sofa bed, no top sheet on beds, fitted sheets came off easily, mattesses need deep clean & only 2 towels provided for 3 guests. No shampoo/conditioner.
Was some unpleasant marks on the curtain and ACs needed a clean.
Not super happy with price paid.

Miserable staff, small room, small bathroom, flat pillows, bed was very uncomfortable, crumpled sheets, rock hard, uncomfortable settee, the "pool" was full of algae and green so unable to use for duration of stay, paid $200 bond per room, not yet refunded! If you stay here, take photos of everything in the room as they will try and keep your bond, oh, and keep the noise down after 9 pm or you will loose your bond as you break the 9pm quiet time curfew. No where near a 3* apartment, Terrible, Terrible. I do not recommend these apartments, look for something else!!

Loved the place overall. Staff really helpful and appartment great. Really comfy bed and lovely cotton bedding. Only downside was the green slimy pool which was a real shame on such a hot day.

Food was OK . stuffed chicken wings done well but at 7 bux each a bit pricey.same as spring rolls two for 8 bux.then the mains had no meat just vegetables and sauces.not the worst place but it caters for the Aussies who think they getting authentic Vietnamese dinning.staff were great

We have been going to this restaurant once a week for about 15 or more years and on all this time the quality and freshness of their food has nevet fallen off. Can't recommend it highly enough. Try it and i am sure you wont be disappointed. Great staff too. Jan and allan melville.
