Great staff memberKeSang, very polite and professional at her greeting and making sure that we’re comfortable with our apartment, always willing to help us out with anything. That’s why we keep coming back to stay there, it’s a shame that the booking has to be for 3 nights and more, we wish that we could have stayed there for 2 nights. Great location for our trip every time.

The room was spacious, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the location was convenient, with the 980 bus stop right next door. If you want to save money, there's a free shuttle bus about a 6-minute walk away. You can basically take the free shuttle bus to explore the city; the Blue, Red, and Yellow lines cover most areas. The downsides were that the room didn't have blackout curtains, so it would be difficult to sleep without an eye mask. Also, it was extremely noisy on Saturday night, continuing until after 5 AM, probably because there's a bar downstairs? Quite annoying 😑. Because my return flight was a night flight, they only allowed me to store my luggage until 5 PM (I requested storage until 7 PM but was refused). Also, I had to call to arrange check-in; there was no front desk (I waited 30 minutes for check-in and 20 minutes for luggage storage). Overall, a mediocre experience.

The transportation is quite convenient. I initially couldn't find the Grand Tang (hotel/area), so I called the English helpline. A Chinese-American woman answered, but she didn't speak Chinese. Other than that, everything else was good, with all sorts of facilities available. I'd consider staying there again.

We spent 4 comfortable nights in this studio apartment. The balcony looks onto the small street and apartments across. It was bit noisy on the weekend with many restaurants etc. nearby. The Perth station and Ferry terminals are within walking distance.
Only issue was a sticky floor on check-in but not serious.

Great location, clean studio with the balcony. You have everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Stuff is very friendly and it was fast and easy to check-in. Close to center, shops and central station in a walking distance. Highly recommend!

It was my 2nd time staying here, it’s in a great location, I love these apartments, they’ve got everything you need for a comfortable stay, soaps,shower gel, shampoos, coffee tea, washing powder, lavazza espresso machine with pods. Cutlery and plates etc….Very clean and comfortable beds, balcony. The 24 hour shops across the road too.
Would certainly recommend, and I’ll be staying here again in the future.

We loved staying here. It was such a great location in Northbridge, so close to the city and so many awesome cafes and restaurants. It was super convenient being able to cook our own meals as well.

Disappointed is all I can say. Ordered the food takeaway and if the store wasn't shut by the time I'd got home and eaten it I would've taken it back and asked for a refund. I understand I ordered my food late but still it should be a at least up to a certain standard.. The food was dry and mushy from being overcooked. The fried chicken and spring rolls were even well overcooked and were perhaps sitting on the warmer the entire day/night. Customer service was great but it was a shame throwing it all in the bin because it just wasn't enjoyable/fit to eat at all.
