We have just come back from a week her over new years and feel there needs to be another perspective written. We booked last minute via weski in England and on arrival met Krizstina who was welcoming and informative of facilities. She did note to us there was only one toilet roll. Our apartment was on the top floor of a second building which was a few flights away but considering we are here to ski...

Excellent apartment equipped for cooking. Clean, if I returned I would bring a pillow from home. The only downside is the many children in the pool. But for families it is excellent. I would recommend installing a coffee machine in other areas away from the reception. Getting a coffee from our room was a trip plus two flights of stairs with no elevator.

We were here for a week in August 2024. We really enjoyed ourselves here. The apartment was clean and large enough for us. The indoor and outdoor pools were very nice. Sauna was not used from us nor did we use the ordering service for breads and rolls. The WLAN was okay but a bit weak in our apartment. Separate toilet and shower rooms, nice touch. The dining room and living room areas are combined...

Everything perfect. Friendly and helpful staff. Great swimming pool with lovely hot water (so great!). Clean and comfy room. Not far from lifts and relaxing walks. Solid speed of wifi. Happy to come back again.

Very nice clean and quiet place. Run by a friendly family and staff. Large apartments, great playground for the kids and very nice view of the alps from the room and both pools.

Price/quality a very decent match. The staff so friendly and caring. Half-pension with every night again an outstanding menu. Kids menu also on the shelf (so we could enjoy the french frites from the kids buffet :-) ) Parking provided and a heated Ski-room, Wellness and a cosy bar to have a drink. What else do you need?

Great place to enjoy the wintersport holidays. We went here with a big group and enjoyed the great service of the friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner was much better than expected. I shared a room with another big guy, which made the room a bit too small for us, especially the single bed was too small for either of us, but beside that, it was a great place to stay.

Awesome hotel! Super friendly staff, great breakfast, bus stop is right in front of hotel and brings you in two stops to the lift. Sauna is nice, room is clean. Restaurant and apres ski is close. Must visit!

This place has a great feel to it, it had modern decor, the rooms are purpose built for skiers; it has large heavy duty hooks, racks and open shelves for all your bulky gear. The sauna downstairs was a great way to wind down after a day on the slopes, only criticism is it does close a bit earliy (7pm). Also the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food. We stayed at Alpenwelt for the second time (first time in 2012) and again the service, the room the food and the friendly staff made our stay a very pleasant one. Highly recommended Hotel!

TOP Breakfast, good locations, only 250 steps to a nearest lift.

A beautiful hotel very close to the ski lifts. breakfast was good, hotel in general clean and modern. the personnel was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everybody.
