Great place to enjoy the wintersport holidays. We went here with a big group and enjoyed the great service of the friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner was much better than expected. I shared a room with another big guy, which made the room a bit too small for us, especially the single bed was too small for either of us, but beside that, it was a great place to stay.

Price/quality a very decent match. The staff so friendly and caring. Half-pension with every night again an outstanding menu. Kids menu also on the shelf (so we could enjoy the french frites from the kids buffet :-) ) Parking provided and a heated Ski-room, Wellness and a cosy bar to have a drink. What else do you need?

Awesome hotel! Super friendly staff, great breakfast, bus stop is right in front of hotel and brings you in two stops to the lift. Sauna is nice, room is clean. Restaurant and apres ski is close. Must visit!

The food and accomodation was good to excellent.
Unfortunately there was an error with providing a salzburgland card (= tourist reduction card), although they admit the mistake, they were not willing to correct the amount, so i had to pay 59 euro extra.
The hotel manager promised to check with the head office of the provider of the card if it would be possible to refund our money, but i never heard from the hotel manager again!

We stayed at Alpenwelt for the second time (first time in 2012) and again the service, the room the food and the friendly staff made our stay a very pleasant one. Highly recommended Hotel!

This place has a great feel to it, it had modern decor, the rooms are purpose built for skiers; it has large heavy duty hooks, racks and open shelves for all your bulky gear. The sauna downstairs was a great way to wind down after a day on the slopes, only criticism is it does close a bit earliy (7pm). Also the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would come here again.
