The Place Boutique & Design Hotel in Flachau

We probably got the worst room in the attic, more like a storage room with very small bathroom

The windows open onto a balcony that all guests have access to so you can't have the window open or open tha window shade and they play music on the balcony at first we thought it was a nightclub next door

No fridge or safe in the room, the same soap for the sink and shower we had to remember to move it between to use at the sink after showering
Not very generous with towels, one day we left a towel on the floor but didn't get a new one until the next day

The toilet was not cleaned the whole week we stayed at the hotel, the sheets were folded daily on the bed but and my nightgown thrown on the sofa very strange

We used our coats as pillows because it was not possible to get extra pillow because the hotel was full

The breakfast buffet was very stale.. bread, cold cuts and yoghurt and if there were many people at the same time for breakfast it was very cramped
The style of the hotel is unattractive mirrors and blue led lights remind of a strip club what a shame because the location is

A very negative experience even before my stay. Due to an error in the booking date, I immediately contacted the property asking to move the nights, after checking that there was still availability for the new dates. The response was a categorical refusal, without any alternative offer.
I had already paid the full amount in advance and it wasn't even partially refunded, even though the room could easily be resold. This inflexible and uncustomer-focused attitude certainly doesn't encourage anyone to return or recommend the property.
