Overall this is a GREAT hotel for kids. If you don't have kids stay away it's loud. We didn't like connecting rooms, we had a neighbor on both sides of the room with locked doors. Not great. Food is 4/5. Staff 5/5. Sauna area 4/5. Pet friendly. EV charger. For families with very young kids I strongly recommend, for older children or no children - not so much, it gets very loud.

My family and I (3 children aged 9, 7 and 5) went on a ski trip and spent 4 nights at Kesselgrub (31/12 => 5/1). We booked the Suite 'Garden-Love'. This hotel is TOP place for families with kids. It should have 5* from the reviews. Amazing swimming pool, high culinary food options and hospitality was beyond our expectations. From the first to the last day, we were once again treated to delicious dinners from the buffet. The only drawback was that the food cooled too quickly at the counter. The staff was highly motivated, and everything was very clean. The sauna area is also highly recommended.

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic! The staff was super friendly, they were accommodating to me and my family of 4. We've spent 5 nights in this place, 4 families (2 kids + 2 adults)×4. The location is great, plenty of parking, clean rooms , very good service, laundry can be done (3 euro for a machine), bbq is available, huge lawn, trampoline and more. Kitchen with all amenities. Kids and adults can enjoy a bike ride for free. The view is absolutely amazing. 💯 I highly recommend this place for families

Location is quite good, but hard to get out on the highway during rash hours. We liked stay, the hotel is cozy, room was nice and clean with the good view. It was also very handy to go to restaurant in the afternoon. Breakfast was also presented with a good variations of choice. Coffee was quite ok.

Good meal and good and friendly service! The drink and the dishes were served rather quickly. Location is easy to find. There are parking space. We couldn’t finish the whole meal as the portion was large, but the waitress helped us to pack the leftover with no extra surcharge.

We selected the location according to our destinations, so we were able to stay in one place and go to different sides from it, Neuschwanstein, Legoland.
