We were here for the second time because we like the hotel very much. Very nice, lots of facilities for children, so also relaxing for parents!

Super hotel. Family with two small kids. Everything you could wish for and the staff all tried really hard to make the experience as pleasant as possible. A great holiday made better knowing the Lacknerhof team had it all under control. Hard to beat

We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Almdorf Flachau Chalet. The chalet is beautiful, with fine little details everywhere, it is a gorgeous and cozy place that has everything you need for a great stay. We felt very welcomed and definitely want to come again!

We could book the accomodation in August 2023 because of a last minute cancel. Normally it was fully booked but there should be more of these accomodations. Both owner and manger are very friendly and helpful. I cannot really mention any downside of PromiAlm.

We stayed in one of the huts for a week. It was perfect. The hut was large, cosy and spotless. Peter was the perfect host - extremely helpful and accommodating. The region is stunning and there is loads to do for families. We hope to visit again soon!

What was promised was kept. We were able to experience an incredibly beautiful week with dear friends in the Almdorf Flachau. The chalets are fully equipped, nothing is missing. Even with 9 people everyone had their own place of retreat. Peter read every wish from the lips. That was definitely not the last time.

From the first to the last day, we were once again treated to delicious dinners from the buffet. The only drawback was that the food cooled too quickly at the counter. The staff was highly motivated, and everything was very clean. The sauna area is also highly recommended.

Booked this property last minute for three nights to do a bit of late-season skiing. The location is ideal - central Flachau for the bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk to the ski lift. A particular benefit was the wellness area - pool, three different saunas, and a lovely warm and quiet relaxation area to chill after a day on the slopes.

From the moment we enter we enjoyed hospitality, luxury and warmest of the staff and Almlust it self. Service was great. Kind staff and great SPA. Room was clean an specious with a great view. Location is great to rich the ski lift by skis. No ski bus needed.

We had a nice stay at Almlust Flachau. We stayed from Thursday till Monday with late checkout, which is at 12:00. It was well cleaned and it has friendly personnel. Breakfast was good, swimming pool was fun and relaxing. Rooms (suite & almlust Plus) were pleasant.

Good place for it’s price. The rooms are nice and spacious. Wellness was very nice, just a pity you are not allowed to use it on your day of departure. Wd have expected service to be better for this level. Despite this, nicely located in center of Flachau. Good place to stay for your ski break

it is an amazing place in perfect location. you can get all atractions you like around this area in just 10 - 90 minuts from the village (flachau). we took the big wooden cabin (family of 6 person) and it was wonderfull. great brekfast every morning, great spa and swimming pool, we are looking forword to come back again

The hotel is well situated, within walking distance of the starjet chair lift (albeit uphill!). Our room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage space. The hotel is very modern. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was very varied and it was always replenished. A friendly staff. A dog bed was even put in the room for our dog and treats were available. Unfortunately we were only in transit for one night and couldn't use the wellness area. But we will certainly come back.

Great place to enjoy the wintersport holidays. We went here with a big group and enjoyed the great service of the friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner was much better than expected. I shared a room with another big guy, which made the room a bit too small for us, especially the single bed was too small for either of us, but beside that, it was a great place to stay.

A great small family hotel. No guest is overlooked. You can ski in and out of this hotel with ease. The breakfast is fantastic and the meals at night are great. It had a sauna and infrared sauna too. It just misses a Jacuzzi but no big deal. Had a very pleasant stay here and will hopefully be back sometime soon. We booked flights, transport and the hotel independently.

Very cozy hotel! With an incredibly delicious breakfast! A very accommodating and friendly team. It is very cool that the hotel is right next to the piste and localities are not far to go. There are two saunas and a ski crystal for the ski boots and skis. We will be back for sure!

Location is quite good, but hard to get out on the highway during rash hours. We liked stay, the hotel is cozy, room was nice and clean with the good view. Good meal and good and friendly service! The drink and the dishes were served rather quickly. Location is easy to find. There are parking space. We couldn’t finish the whole meal as the portion was large, but the waitress helped us to pack the leftover with no extra surcharge.

We selected the location according to our destinations, so we were able to stay in one place and go to different sides from it, Neuschwanstein, Legoland. Rooms are spacious, for a family with two small children, and another appropriate for two adults. I have to expose very good douches, one of the best in our journeys. Beds good as well. The farm is beautifully situated. The warmth of the owners is great. We have been coming there for years, feel very comfortable and at home. It doesn't matter whether it's curling in a relaxed atmosphere, or simply relaxing after a day's skiing. It left nothing to be desired.
