Hotel Gaspingerhof

Gerlos, Nr. 153 🧭

Rooms were a bit in the warm side. Nice Sauna and swimming pool. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Meals were fine but small. Really need to also get a plate of self - serve food next to what is served. When I was sick one day, the made a special bit of food for me for in my room so attentive staff. All and all nice experience.

It was at least 20 years ago when my husband and I were on a road trip from the UK, and came upon the village of Gerlos, and the fabulous hotel Gaspingerhof, we visited many times after that first visit. I have just returned from a 10 day stay with a friend. The hotel is immaculate, the food and staff first class, not many English people visit Gerlos but that’s not a reason not to, the walking is spectacular...

After more than 30 years of experience as a guest at Gaspingerhof, I can only give them the highest rating for service, food, rooms, spa and more. During the winter season as well as during the summer season An exceptionally good hotel which I strongly recommend.

I just returned yesterday from an 8-day vacation at Hotel Gaspingerhof in Gerlos, Austria, and it couldn't have been better! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is wonderful, the food is excellent, and the spa is delightful! From Erick, the extremely knowledgeable tour guide, and Michaela, the delightful massage and facial therapist, to the delicious five course meals, the lovely swimming pool, and my...

Very good, but it was better in the past! We were in your hotel in 2005 and 2017. A number of things changed and disappeared since then: - no longer thema-evenings for dinner (ex. BBQ evening, italian dinner, dessert buffet, ... - no longer musical entertainment in the evening (ex. Tiroler music, ... we even could dance in 2017) - no longer 'Sekt' at breakfast - no longer hiking tours with a guide...

I would definitely recommend this place. The staff are really friendly and welcoming.

Traumhotel Alpina - Yoga & Ayurveda Adults only

Gerlos, Gerlos 298 🧭

The hotel is very well-maintained, close to the ski lift. The wellness area is new, the food is delicious, and the service is perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay! Went with my husband to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Everything from rooms, to food, to the spa area - fantastic. There are yoga sessions twice per day. The food was delicious and healthy, with many Ayurvedic diet options. Location - unbeatable - right across the ski lift (daily pass included into the room rate). Special thanks to Marco from the restaurant team!...

Lovely hotel with very friendly people! Good breakfast, dinner and perfect hot shower. Some recomendations for your own benefit, and for your quests: 1: replace the mini kobold drinking glasses at breakfast with normal drinking glasses. These small mini glasses suggest that you want your gasts to use as little as possible so you can make more profit. That shouldn’t be your mission. 2: replace the...

The hotel is beautiful, staff is welcoming, friendly and professional. I came here alone for a little time for myself for a 3 days yoga and ayurvedic treatments. It is worth every euro. The yoga classes are really worth trying and the massages are very restorative and relaxing. Food is super tasty, fresh and seasonal. The location is stunning with plenty of options for hiking and walking around. Facilities...

Wonderful place, and lovely people❤...(and all over cows☺🐮...)

It was amazing and i will definitely go back again👍

Alpenland Gerlos - Hotel & Breakfast

Gerlos, Nr. 145 🧭

Great hotel (beautifull renovated in 2021), with a wonderful spa. The breakfest is exceptionally good. The location is fantastic, opposite of the lift. The staff is very friendly

This is a lovely hotel, really welcoming and benefits from a great location. The staff are lovely and a real credit to the hotel. We celebrated an anniversary whilst away and they made that special for us. The wellness area is great, it’s modern, well looked after and spacious. Location is perfect, your opposite the ski lift and there’s plenty of restaurants and bars to walk too. Overall a great...

Stayed at Alpenland Gerlos as part of a family holiday in Austria. Hotel and staff were all amazing and a really welcoming face each day. Apartment was perfect for our family, very modern and lovely balcony view of Gerlos church. Swimming pool on site was a bonus for the kids and free cable cars up nearby mountains well used! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend location for other families

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. My wife and I couldn’t have been more happy with our stay. Simon, you’re the best! He was so friendly and helpful and really made us feel like we were the most important guests. The room was spectacular, clean, spacious, with a great view of the river. Great location in the middle of Gerlos with so much to do for our two kids. Simon even helped us get some...

Just home from a wonderful week at this hidden gem of a B&B in the heart of Gerlos. The hotel has been recently renovated, and our room was absolutely immaculate with amazing attention to detail in the fixtures and fittings (the only thing that was missing was a kettle in the room). The pool and spa area was beautiful and our kids loved to swim after a day skiing. There was also the unexpected bonus...

This is the perfect hotel when going for wintersport! Even after coming in from apres ski, the people here welcome you the most friendliest way. Big thanks to Simon for the help he provided during the stay. Also breakfast is very nice and service there is great. Room is clean and spacious! Do i need to say more? ;)

Hotel Sportalm

Gerlos, Gerlos 169 🧭

Excellent dinner and very good service and free parking

I am sure that the Sportalm Hotel exceeds expectations in the "price/performance" ratio - spacious room with balcony, refrigerator in the room, wellness, excellent food in terms of variety and quantity (we had half board), location of the hotel, garage parking included, free regional bus transport and 2 cable cars

Great, probably the best pizza

An excellent hotel where you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The staff, led by the young boss, is very pleasant and genuinely cares about their guests. Breakfast has a wide selection, and you can also order fresh eggs. Our taste buds were truly spoiled in the evening; the food was truly excellent. The hotel is ideally located and a great starting point for beautiful hikes in Gerlos, as...

A comfortable hotel in the city center. Excellent value for money.

All that's left is to eat! The pizza was large and delicious, the service was good, fast, friendly, and polite.

Jägerhof Hotel

Gerlos, Gerlos Nr. 163 🧭

Can't stay away! The delicious food, friendly atmosphere, and outstanding treatment keep's me coming back and back i was again.

Nice and comfortable hotel, delicious food in restaurant, helpful staff, clean and renovated sauna!

Very tasty regional dishes, nice and competent staff who try to advise and help. Quickly served dishes (although each of the six people from my Familly chose something different). Very good drinks and tea with rum which warmed my body. I can honestly recommend the restaurants in this hotel.

The staff of the hotel is incredible. They took care of everything and were very welcoming. Especially the guy at the reception and the lady at the bar. Thank you!

Good location, close by the ski lift. Food is ok/great, although breakfast starts at 8: a bit late if you want to be on the slopes early. 7:30 would be a lot better. Our bathroom door had a glass window: always charming to see your (travel) partner taking a d*mp in plain view. Whoever thought of that... (not all rooms have it, some have separate toilets) The wellness area is very nice, definitely larger...

Exceptional place, people and cleanliness. Bike friendly, fantastic food, easy to reach and close to attractions. Free parking and guest card 😉. We were here the fourth time and can’t wait for the next! Tottaly recommend!

Alpenhotel Tirolerhof

Gerlos, Gerlos 98 🧭

We stayed here for our annual family ski trip, and we were a group of 10, in 5 rooms. Our rooms were comfortable and close to one another. The half-board option worked really well for us. The breakfasts were very decent with the same options every day, but the dinner buffets changed daily and there were options for many dietary needs. The food was overall quite good, and the buffet trays were always...

Amazing hotel. The personal was very friendly, I didn’t even need to ask and they provided everything. Our car was stuck and a person came and helped without asking. Diner were really amazing and I was always full. Where goes my diet? They should provide some drinking menu, we didn’t know what is on offer. There were enough parking spaces. Internet was adequate.

pros: - very good food. Breakfast and Dinner were exceptional. We booked half board and it was worth the money. - nice and clean spa - rooms are okay but need renovation rather soon. You could hear everything from the next room for instance. - staff was very nice cons: - the price for wine (glas oder bottle) at dinner was way too high - can't walk to the lift with skin boots you either rely on the...

The food is very nice, and the staff is hospitable, especially the kitchen staff is really kind. They always make you feel like you are in a very good hotel: asking if everything is good, looking after you, bringing food every time ( you don’t need to wait for anything) etc. I recommend it. It is a really great value for money place. Ski slopes are really close and you even have a parking space in...

Beautiful hotel and area! Wonderful hotel with a family room for 5 people. Great staff and swrvice. The breakfast was a delicious huge buffet. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. Wellness, Breakfast, service.... Everything was great and we would come again. It was probably also one of the cleanest wellness areas I ever saw. The people there (service) were super friendly

Hotel Edelweiss

Gerlos, Hnr. 135 🧭

I keep coming back because this place is the best for someone who loves skiing and good food. Dinners here are a four-course wonder. The hotel is basically a step from the cable car (and the ski rental/shop). There is a small swimming pool and two saunas. And the staff is always welcoming, polite and helpful.

We (family of four, two kids ages 6 and 9) stayed at the Hotel Edelweiss in Gerlos for 3 nights and had an amazing time. The staff is friendly and provides great service. We booked a family room with an extra bedroom for the kids - the room was huge and had plenty of room for the four of us. The room was also very very clean. The food at the hotel is delicious and the kids were allowed to chose an...

You felt welcome as soon as you entered the hotel, very friendly staff who really did everything to make us feel comfortable. We get a great room with a large balcony. There is a spa and cinema at the hotel which guests could use free of charge. Absolutely fantastic food was served in the evenings in cozy premises. The hotel is recommended Morgan and Maria

Very friendly owner, good breakfast with perdonel touch, judt in opposite of the ski slope Dorfbahn. We had a stay with friends , no dinner in the hotel but within a few meters enough restos and bars👍 Also Gerlos is a nice small village with a lot to do!

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious and the evening bar was well stocked. Pool and spa are great for a chill after the slopes. Boot room is very well equipped and has great access directly outside where the gondola is only 1 minute walk. Rooms are great with comfy beds.

Nice looking hotel great pool and close to a skilift

Das Gerlos

Gerlos, Gerlos 182 🧭

The location is just incredible nice. The service and staff members are super cool. The room and the hotel was unbelievable clean and the atmosphere so chilled. For me this was one of the best experience ever.

what a stunning Place ,a modern yet ,with many traditional design features included Hotel. The rooms are fantastically spacious and fabulously laid out . (P.S. the wife loved the motorist Blinds.) The sauna area is spacious and again fabulously laid out, The same for the Restaurant/Bar area . All in all a great modern design with a lot of thought behind it.

Great hotel excellent service by the staff. Immaculate rooms with very comfortable beds and gowns and slippers. Are best hotel on the trip.

An excellent place to stay in Gerlos any time of the year. In the center of town, close to the dorfbahn, restaurants and more. Great staff, tasty breakfast and a bar for a drink in the evening👍 We brought our dog to the hotel as well.

This was a fantastic high standard family-run hotel that exceeded any expectations we had. Our experience from the moment we checked in until we left was always met with friendly easy-going family and staff. The room and bathroom were of a high standard and always cleaned to a high standard. The wellness is an experience if not for the view but the different saunas available. The breakfast cannot be...

A new beautiful hotel with great breakfast and panoramic sauna. Will come back.

Garni Birkenheim

Gerlos, Gerlos 230, 6281 Gerlos, Tirol, Avstriya 🧭

I’ve recently brought this family hotel a visit during my week of snowboarding in Gerlos. This hotel is definitely worth visiting again. You feel very welcoming and the family is very helpful in any way. Breakfast was very good and the extra accommodations as the sauna were lovely to relax and pull back from the nice slopes that Gerlos has to offer. Enjoyed it 300%!

Excellent breakfast, amazing staff, best stay in Austria. Beautiful environment, beautiful nature. Thank you very much for the stay

It keeps the alpine spirit but with a little bit of a modern touch, rooms are comfortable, clean, the shower was great, and the owners are just sooo nice! Also the location is perfect, basically all the hiking paths start behind the hotel, also it’s 5 min walk to the gondolas. Anyway, I had a great time there!

Excellent place to stay! My wife and I absolutely loved the hotel and the service we received. Everyone was very friendly. The hotel is kept very clean. We are usually fussy when it comes to cleanliness of the hotel but this place was wonderful. Thank you!!

A Nice cozy hotel close to the slopes. Considering it has a sauna, a cold pool and a small (but sufficient) swimming pool, and a nice breakfast, it is great value for money. Big thanks to all the lovely ladies that run the place.

Very neat and clean rooms, good breakfast (various rolls, boiled eggs, muesli, cornflakes, yogurt, fruit, sweet pastries) and the owner and staff are very friendly. In addition, the Garni has a perfect location with many beautiful hiking routes right on the doorstep. Practical: Spar market right in the house and free use of the cable cars in Gerlos and Königsleiten as well as the regional bus between...

Waldhof

Gerlos, Nr. 201 🧭

I can do nothing else but to leave a five stars overall, the hotel location is good, the room and breakfast are also good, Sauna is a great area to relax, but more than all, the owners make you really feel at home!!

We spent a week here with my daughter, her husband and their 1-year-old daughter. My love had also been here 40 years ago and had great memories of it. Once again we were spoiled with an extensive breakfast and dinner at this hotel, with the salad bar as the 4th course! Delicious soups, choice of three main courses and a delicious dessert. Every day housekeeping cleaned the room or informed whether...

In our opinion one of the best small-scale hotels in the area, we cannot agree with the experience of the negative review. Super sweet and friendly owners and staff, breakfast very nice (different types of bread, 4 types of cheese, 6 types of meat, several types of jam, honey, sweets and egg!), dinner was 3 courses (optional salad bar as 4th course) also nice and the soup was excellent and everything...

Flexible arrival, child-friendly, good breakfast, great room. Thanks very much!

I am not satisfied with breakfast. Bread was frozen . Location is nice of hotel.

Very good price-quality relation. Quite of a local style with parking facilities and also sauna. Close to the Skiing area and to a couple of apre-ski bars. The staff was very friendly and helpful and would attend us in English and German. Rooms are not huge but fairly ok from the size. They are clean and the televisions are middle sized. Free WiFi was included too. We did really enjoy our stay and...
