Clean property. Can ski to the hotel. Some rooms are renovated and some are not. We had a renovated one which was very nice but watch out. Good breakfast, nice staff.

The Owner and the Personal staff are not capable and don’t no the meaning of the word hospitality. When you make a reservation and you kindly ask to put one beer on the bill you must pay it immediately. This is no issue, but as the French say : c’est le ton qui fait la musique !a blond haïr staff is very unfriendly and totally not hospitable. After we just came in to see the last minutes of a darts game , and we said that we would leave and do not wanna drink anything and the space was almost completely empty the owner asked us to leave on a very rude way , we told her that she don’t understand the hospitality. Two days before we left more then €300,= there. And if they were more friendly we might have stayed and took something to drink or eat. I strongly advise you to search another hotel in Gerlos

There were two for dinner today. Very welcoming atmosphere, service was excellent, food was delicious. The staff were very friendly, polite and attentive. The price/quality ratio was top notch - haven't eaten in so long! Definitely worth a visit!

The service in this hotel is excellent. The food is so so good, the rooms are modern en the whole hotel is verry clean. The hotel is close to the après-ski places and the bus to the liften is very close. Absolutely stunning hotel!!!!!

Absolutely great. If you look for a modern hotel with a homely twist, this is a perfect place. Owners and staff are very friendly and helpful, location is perfect, the food and drinks delicious (for breakfast and dinner). The room is nice, spatious, clean and modern, beds and linen very comfy, fantastic curtains, and the location is perfectly central.
