As always the staff, never disappoint. The hotel is constantly improving, the food was fantastic. We have been coming here for 20 years and always look forward to returning. The ski bus picks you up outside, and the coffee shop opposite is fab. Thank you team englhof for making our stay so good.

A truly wonderful hotel. The staff are all fantastic, incredibly welcoming and attentive. Little touches from welcome drinks to offering ice cold flannels and drinks on hot days by the pool. Everything was thought about and impeccable. We stayed in the skylofts which had amazing views and beautifully decorated.

The was our 10th time to the Hotel Theresa for a medical meeting. The family environment makes you feel at home. The service and food are impeccable. There isn't anything I would change and there isn't anything that can be made better than it already is.

We have just returned from a lovely break for half term. The hotel is in a good location, just a 5 minute walk from the main lift in Zell am Ziller and there are regular ski buses which we used with our 5 year old! First time stay at Ferienhotel Sonnehof. From arrival to departure cannot find fault with anything associated with the hotel. Warm welcome. Comfortable room. Friendly atmosphere and staff. Good choice of food both for breakfast and evening meal. Enjoyed the entertainment that was arranged for 2 nights. Ideal situtaion for expoloring the surrounding areas.

I went for dinner and although the food was nice, it felt like very hostile service considering I was a solo English traveller. I asked for details about the food in English and the waitress simply said she doesn't know and doesn't speak English and she seemed offended by my questions. Simply not good enough compared to the great service I've had in other places in the same area.

1st time for me my hubby 30 years ago. Beautiful hotel,setting and very friendly owner and staff . Especially Marco who made us feel so welcome. Balcony and comfortable bed. Food excellent. Good variety. Can't wait to go back.

Professionals at work! 😀👍 Since our accommodation near the Bräu inn looked rather uninviting for dinner, we walked over to the Bräu. A glance at the outdoor seating area quickly dashed our hopes of finding a free table. However, the efficient waitress quickly found a spot for the three of us. Less than five minutes later, our drinks were on the table! Among them was a delicious house-brewed pilsner...

It's a great place to stay for a ski trip. The rooms are really clean, the breakfast offers a lot of choices, the coffee is strong and good! The owners are friendly and very helpful. Indeed, in the hallways it smells like cigarettes but it's not so strong or disturbing ( and we are a non-smoking couple).

Stayed in this place numerous of times. Wonderful location in the middle of zillertal but most importantly you find the most lovely peole here. Birgit and fam thank you from the bottom of our hearts for you kindness, smiles and hospitality. See you anytime we pass by again:)

Its a great value for money! A good breakfast for a nice start of the day and a perfect location just near the station (only 3 minutes walk or even less). I really recommend it! The rooms are not very luxery but the Austrian gemütlichkeit makes it no problem at all! Nice service and a smile every day :)

Good value for money. Breakfast is included and very good, though only served from 8 to 9 (maybe a little late for some of us). Rooms are basic, but considering the price just good. Location of the house is suberb, just 2 mins of the station and, maybe more importantly, the skibus. Hostess is very kind as well. Had a great time and are considering coming back in the future.

Perfect location - just a 2min walk from the train station which connects you with Mayrhofen, Zillertal Arena, Kaltenbach, etc. plus it's easy to go to Innsbruck for a day. Slept very well - mattresses are comfy, it's quiet. Apartment with two apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the second floor, which we had. Quite small, two-bedroom apartment. Equipped with all necessary appliances and no unnecessary luxuries. Basement for storage. Ski and boot warmers are great! A 15-minute walk from the slopes. Very friendly owners. Good value for money.

This is my tenth time staying with Babsi and Harald. The apartment and its amenities are always top-notch. Very, very nice hosts. I can wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone! It has two bedrooms (plenty of closet space) and an extra bed in the kitchen, a large bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (including a fantastic oven), a sitting area in the kitchen, and another separate sitting area. As we travel a lot we always try to find nice cozy hotels with something special. But this takes it to a whole other level. The spa area is amazing and everything in the hotel is well designed and quality built. A truly remarcable experience.
