ERIKA Boutiquehotel Kitzbühel in Kitzbuehel

Just returned home from an excellent weekend stay at this hotel, our room was upgraded on arrival and was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is stylishly decorated and the quality of food and service in the restaurants was first class. All of the staff were very friendly we would definitely book this hotel again.

This is a really lovely hotel within easy walking distance of the centre of Kitzbuhel. Can't think of a single thing that needs improving. The breakfast is delicious and half board is well worth it - dinner was relaxed and comfortable and the food was great. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and genuinely seemed interested in the guests.

Chose this hotel as looked special, food reviews excellent, had a pool and close to town and gondola - Kitzbühel a place family has always wanted to ski. So, rooms lovely and clean, grey decor everywhere is in-keeping with hotel style but does leave bedrooms rather dark - thankfully lots of windows. Rooms warm so ski clothes dry quickly. Beds comfortable. Breakfast provides plenty of choices including fresh fruit, cereals, meats, cheeses, pastries, pancakes, breads and omelettes to order - just a shame the scrambled eggs are precooked and covered (and very rubbery) and overly crisp bacon incredibly greasy. Dinner is spread over 5 courses (some buffet style), choice of main dish - all beautifully prepared, quality ingredients and exceptionally tasty - soups and starters incredible - dinner chefs should feel proud. Children’s menu a good alternative (and ice cream great!). Drinks expensive (but carafe of tap water is free and lovely!!). Restaurant staff really nice and friendly - Bar staff less so (room option to skip housekeeping to save hotel costs, and have a ‘free house cocktail’ instead (on app, scan night before) - present QR code to bar staff and be offered a spritz drink option only - I sense they are not thrilled with this arrangement - we gave up and went back to cleaned rooms as it wasn’t worth the sour look asking for complimentary drink ….. a shame as a great idea) . Reception staff pleasant enough, particularly the young lady. Pool excellent with jacuzzi and another pool for swimming (short) lengths. A few loungers with towels provided. Highly recommend going at a time when children are not excitedly screaming resulting in the tranquil ambience quashed in an instant. Maybe hotel could consider an adults only time slot …? Walk to town from hotel (almost all shops closed on a Sunday) about 10 mins. Lots of designer clothes boutiques and restaurants. Architecture very pretty. Free shuttle bus from hotel to gondola runs 8:30-10:30am (when we went) which was excellent. Walk back pm is mostly downhill, approx 15 mins. Lockers available to rent at gondola for skies and boots. Winter trekking route options from top of gondola beautiful. Would we return to hotel? No, as would not need return to Kitzbuhel - enjoy a comfortable watch on ski programmes as others tackle the Streif run at pace! Would I recommend hotel? It is a nice, mostly calm retreat where chefs prepare very good food (but consider that sadly even the nicest retreats can be marred by some noisy children running through the restaurant and pool areas with oblivious parents … ).

Absolutely fabulous hotel, the best we’ve stayed at in 40 years of skiing. The rooms are beautiful, food fabulous especially dinner which was amazing and the staff are so friendly. We would love to come back in the Summer.

Lovely hotel in great location with amazing staff. We had a great room very quiet, spotlessly clean and lovely comfortable beds. Stayed half board and the food was outstanding. Buffet breakfast with a small menu offering omelette etc, evening meal was exceptional with loads of choice and amazing presentation. It’s the staff that makes this hotel they are amazing always ensuring you have everything you need and nothing is too much for them. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay only thing I would advise the drinks are quite expensive especially if you like your wine and cocktails.

We had the most wonderful week staying at Hotel Erika. The food was incredible and they catered to allergies without any issues. The rooms were stylish and comfortable and we really loved the sauna area after a day’s skiing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would stay again without hesitation if we come back to Kitzbühel

We have stayed at ERIKA Boutiquehotel Kitzbühel for the third time, and it continues to be a very special place for us. We love the hotel’s location, the beautiful interiors, and the comfort and design of the rooms. Everything feels thoughtful, calm, and perfectly maintained. The breakfasts are simply outstanding – one of the highlights of every stay and something we genuinely look forward to each morning. This year marked our third visit, but the hotel holds an even deeper personal meaning for us. Three years ago, I proposed to my wife here. Last year we returned as an engaged couple, and this year we had the joy of staying again as husband and wife. ERIKA Boutiquehotel is not just a hotel to us – it is a place connected to important moments in our lives, and we will certainly keep coming back. Thank you for creating such a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere.

Beautiful property and very well maintained. Staff were exceptional and always tended to our needs immediately. I love the breakfast spread so much, so many options and very nutritious. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Kitzbühel.

A very nice, new, and modern hotel with excellent value for money! We stayed one night, and it was perfect for that. Parking is available for a fee (outdoors or garage). The staff is very friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the spa area was relaxing (though it might be a bit small for a longer stay, especially during peak season). The Hahnenkamm cable car is about a 10-12 minute walk away, and Kitzbühel's main shopping street is about 6-8 minutes away.

If we return to Kitzbühel, we will definitely book this hotel again!

Very nice and clean room, fantastic breakfast.
The only downside was the sauna: the 3:00 PM opening time wasn't respected because the sauna was still cold.
