We have been coming to Kitzuhel on and off for the past 10 years and every time we stayed was at Kitzhof. The staff, the facility and location ticks all the boxes. The hotel is very clean, decent size room, nice staff, good breakfast, good location if you want to be near the gondola (walking distance). But, in the room there is no fridge, coffee maker or hot water machine, so, you can not enjoy a coffee or tea in the room.

This is a very happening hotel in town. The decor is sleek and modern, and it has a Zuma in its lobby. However, service quality is questionable. We had an excellent stay at this hotel last month. The location was perfect-- just a few feet from a Christmas market, short walk to slopes, shops and restaurants; Nice, comfortable room. Absolutely exceptional stay. The hotel couldn't be more central and has so much character. Our room, looking out towards Kitzbuhl's famous red goat, was almost a suite with so much space. We had a large room with bath 🛀 in this family run, beautiful, historical hotel 🏨 in the very center of Kitzbühel. Walking distance, great service and nice family running it. Unfortunately the breakfast 🍳 was disappointing which is important for skiers. ⛷️ Otherwise we would have given full points.

We were here for dinner only with 7 persons, good quality food, tasty, good quantities, excellent presentation, layout, and cutleries. Food and Drinks are at decent prices. The classic dishes are based on schnitzel, good portion served, excellent meet. I just regret that veggies/salad are not served by default with the meet aside of the excellent potatoes (only carbs).

We stayed at Pension Alpenrose with a group of friends. We had a fantastic time. Adrian and Tanja are incredibly hospitable and were always ready to help us. The guesthouse is just a few minutes' walk from the town center and the ski lift. Highly recommended!

The most welcoming hosts. Made so welcome right from arrival. Everywhere was clean and tidy and was a nice comfy stay. 10 minute walk to town and gondola. If I return to kitzbuhel I shall definitely try get a room here again. Thank you Adrian and Tanja

Kitzbühel made a bit better by staying in Alpenrose:) Best part is Adrian and Tanja being the best hosts ever. Would come back there for sure. Plus: comfy bed, very good shower, walking distance to anything, and awesome breakfast.

Incredible stay here. Adrian and his wife are so welcoming and their little hotel is in the perfect spot, just a short walk away from everywhere you’d want to go. We thought it was perfect for our week skiing in Kitzbühel!

Loved my stay here! Very cute, cozy and squeaky clean guesthouse with all the necessary amenities. Adrian and his wife went out of their way to make me feel at home. Would give 6/5 stars for hospitality if I could. Thank you to you both!

A room has mountain view, properly cleaned, and has bathtub. Eggs in breakfast was perfectly cooked every day, and guests can ask laundry for free in case for long stay.
