We have been coming to Kitzuhel on and off for the past 10 years and every time we stayed was at Kitzhof. The staff, the facility and location ticks all the boxes. That place has a very special place at our hearts. We first came with our two children when they were teenagers and now both come with us with their partners. This is a very happening hotel in town. The decor is sleek and modern, and it has a Zuma in its lobby. However, service quality is questionable. They lost some of our parcels before we arrived, housekeeping is inconsistent and dubious at best, the van refuses to drop guests off anywhere other than the gondola. Not exactly what you expect.

The hotel is very clean, decent size room, nice staff, good breakfast, good location if you want to be near the gondola (walking distance). But, in the room there is no fridge, coffee maker or hot water machine, so, you can not enjoy a coffee or tea in the room.

Absolutely exceptional stay. The hotel couldn't be more central and has so much character. Our room, looking out towards Kitzbuhl's famous red goat, was almost a suite with so much space. We spent a week at the Schweizerhof over Christmas. The Hotel is excellently located, virtually ski in and very near the main gondola. It is also very close to the main shopping area. The hotel is very well presented, the best feature is the staff who without exception were all excellent, very helpful and friendly. I have been to the Alpenhotel several times and have always been more than satisfied. Best hotel! Hotel Gamshof is beautiful! Kitzbuhel is such a pretty town and the property is right in the heart of everything. It’s a super close walk from the train station and ski-lifts. This is a really lovely hotel within easy walking distance of the centre of Kitzbuhel. Can't think of a single thing that needs improving. Unfortunately the breakfast 🍳 was disappointing which is important for skiers. ⛷️ Otherwise we would have given full points.

We were here for dinner only with 7 persons, good quality food, tasty, good quantities, excellent presentation, layout, and cutleries. Food and Drinks are at decent prices. The classic dishes are based on schnitzel, good portion served, excellent meet. I just regret that veggies/salad are not served by default with the meet aside of the excellent potatoes (only carbs).

We went for dinner as a family. We had a very nice time and meal served by friendly staff. The place is very welcoming with local charm. The owners are adorable. For us one of the best value for money in town. We will go back before we leave.

Very nice family hotel, super friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Rooms are clean and cosy, and the breakfast is amazing. Also the restaurant for dinner is very good and has huge portions. It’s very close to the city center and walking distance to the ski lift. Strongly recommend!

location of the hotel is amazing. the breakfast is more than enough and hotel is pretty cute. also they didnt charge us for parking slot, which was very nice. We definetely recommend this place

Quiet hotel, clean rooms, very kind staff, pet friendly ( breakfast or dinner room no). There are many hiking routes to do together with your 4-legged friend. Wonderful place.

Had an apartment with two rooms for two days. Very nice pension and very friendly owner. Breakfast is excellent in a very nice large "winter garden". To recommend without reservation.

Nice pension, very good breakfast. A bit out of the way, the skibus station close and probably good in summer for hiking as well. As we have been there for Christmas and there was no snow for cross-country skiing, we felt it was far from Kitzbühel, where one could at least visit the Christmas market.
