Modern and clean, spacious rooms. No AC could be a problem in peak summer. What was an issue for me is the highway right in front of the door. It’s loud even with closed doors and windows. The bed is too hard for my liking. I really did not sleep well at all and would not come back for that reason. It’s also 30 min by foot into Kufstein center.

I was there for a day, It s actually not a hotel, sth like motel. Small dirty room with narrow dirty bed. As there is no door in bathroom, it s hard to sleep because of heavy smell. You are hearing every each car passing through highway which is near to hotel. I would recommend stay in another hotel instead of spending 100€ per night in this hotel.

Would definitely not stay here again. Although the room itself is clean and modern, the location is directly on a highway and you hear everything even with the windows closed. We barely slept. The bed is uncomfortably hard and there’s no ventilation, making the room incredibly stuffy if you keep the windows closed to block out the noise, especially in summer.
The online check in formula didn’t work. I had to send everything manually and call 3 times just to get the check in code.

I stayed twice at this hotel with no issues, everything exceptional. The hotel is clean, new, there is a small kitchen corner to prepare something to eat.
However, for the third time I had to cancel the booking and the automatic way via link did not work (I received an error). The communication with the customer support was very difficult.

Rooms are OK, spacious bathroom too.
The problem is that during our 7 day stay nobody cleaned the rooms, emptied the garbage or changed the towels. Not even the ashtrays located outside.
It's not normal !
Also the wooden room walls separating the bathroom were dirty with some sort of liquids, în the upper half. Cleanliness should be paramount in these pandemic days. Guys, you could do more !
