The staff was very helpful, pleasant and everything at the hotel was extremely comfortable and very up to date. The sauna and fitness area was really great and the breakfast quality and service were top notch.

We really loved this hotel. Everyone was friendly and efficient and the hotel was close to the main square and the Kufstein Fortress. Perfect!

everything…it was perfect for us. clean, warm and comfortable.

Clean and welcoming place.

The breakfast is 14 euro/person/day. It’s a buffet where you can also ask for omelette. The food was nice.

There are no restaurants after breakfast.

They have a really nice sauna. It’s 90degrees, some people may not be able to use it. Also, it’s Austrian sauna, so nude people will be present.

The staff were welcoming, helpful and great.

The elevator is really annoying, as you get a card for your room and you can only go the level you have a room on.

If you come with a group, and they are on different floors, you can’t visit them unless they come pick you up.

If we visit the town again, we’ll surely come back.
