Supppppper good location which is just located at the boat station, perfect for who coming with luggage. Behind the hotel, there’s a viewpoint where I go every morning and night and take picture of the best scene day and night. Wonderful stay!

Location is the best as it was right next to the arrival pier and 5 mins walk to the photo spot. Room was clean and comfortable. I booked a room with balcony lake view but as I got the ground floor room, the view got obstructed by cars in the parking. Breakfast and dinner were really good and I loved the ambiemce of the hotel restaurant.
Hotel is very close to famous photo spot.
Everything is just perfect during our stay at Heritage Hotel.Our room is located at the main building of the hotel which is attached to lobby and the restaurant.Make our stay more convenience.The main building is just steps walk from the jetty .Our room is facing the lake.Coffee and tea sachets are provided in the room..We had our dinner at the restaurant,it was good.The buffet breakfast was very yummy...

It is the only place in Hallstatt that does not hate Asians. The owner is attentive and available at any time. The room facilities are comprehensive. Coupled with the beautiful scenery, it is a great place for vacation.
The hotel is actually a boutique B&B. The facilities and room sizes are better in the town. The lake view from the window is beautiful, but the hotel is not in the most central location of the town. It is on the hillside. Fortunately, the whole town is not big, and it is less than 200 meters to the town center or the town entrance for the best photos and check-ins.

This hotel can only be said to be a typical B&B. This place is really deep in the mountains. We drove to P1 and parked before changing to the shuttle bus. This is a 300-year-old small building on the mountain. Our room is simple and modern style, with independent entrance and exit doors. The housekeeper is also very enthusiastic. The terrace is very unique. It is a great experience to enjoy breakfast while looking at the lake view. Extremely.
What a magic location being right on the lake. The room was comfortable and very clean. We had a hire car and it was certainly convenient having a car park provided. Sybil was exceptional in helping us know more about the area and as it was raining on the day we stayed she provided us with an umbrella. It was a beautiful short walk into the centre of town. Words cannot describe how beautiful this hotel is. Breathtaking views, amazing staff and rooms beyond equipped. Extremely comfortable beds, nice size shower and tub, oh, and did I mention THE VIEWS ARE SPECTACULAR!!! Worth every penny!!! Welcoming staff and literally right in front of the market square. A+++++
We arrived late in the evening and still received excellent service at the restaurant. The food is delicious and the service is meticulous. Recommended for any other restaurant in town
Fantastic location at the center is Town square and facing the beautiful Hallstatt lake. Right next to the famous church you see in all Hallstatt photos. Rooms are good. Breakfast spread was nice. Friendly staff. Its on the expensive end but I guess waking up to that breathtaking view of the lake and mountains from your balcony comes at a price!
We visited only its restaurant. Expensive but worth it. Good meals in an extremely beautiful environment. If you're on a date in Hallstatt that is the place to choose. We had no reservation, there's was plenty of free tables. Waiters were nice and professional as expected from a place like this.
Nice restaurant with a wonderful view. Probably one of the best restaurants in Hallstatt. I had the Schnitzel with a Apfel Strudel and they were delicious. Service was fine. A bit expensive but the location is worth it!
Classic traditional restaurant with a beautiful view of Lake Hallstatt. We sat right on the lake and were treated very politely. The waiters are very attached to the restaurant. The food was very good and the value for money for Hallstatt is absolutely normal. My highlight was the Aperol Spritz with champagne. We will definitely go again!

Review is for their restaurant only. Excellent food, very nice hosts and servers. They speak good English. Note: they only accept cash. There's an atm machine close by (30 m). Enchanting place with a lot of history.
One our favourite meals in Austria. Excellent local food, friendly service and a welcome break from the icy winds outside. Remember to bring cash though!

Maurice is so kind. The place has nice details and it's well located. The room (one) is huge and the view where we had breakfast was amazing.
Luxury and cozy room. Close to the centre of Hallstatt. Considering the area is one big tourist trap, this didn't bring the feeling of being exploited (too much). We had room with spacious terrace. Solid breakfast included.

Wonderful location and big rooms. Is just a 5 minute walk to the Funicular up to the skywalk and salt mines. Is a family run business and the hosts were warm and friendly.

did not stay but visited the restaurant. The design is rustic, using a lots of wood. The zaulner soup is just perfect for the cold weather. ordered green noodle with fish as "small dish" but it's not small at all. the draught beer was standard but the nickonfel dessert was surprising. service was a little slower during peak hours.

In the heart of Hallstatt. Comfortable, clean, with an amazing breakfast in the morning overlooking the lake. Walking distance to everything. If you arrive early you can easily leave your luggage so you can explore and appreciate this magical town.
Cozy inn with affordable prices in the main square. Great view to the lake. The floors were very noisy, was hard to walk out of room without waking up the entire level. Good free breakfast, but it could be more substantial. The restaurant is cash only and the ATMs nearby charges you with additional fee. You better have cash with you before arriving in Hallstatt.
I recently stayed in a single room and I absolutely loved everything about my experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay (25.12-27.12). The room was comfortable and well-maintained. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would rate it 10/10 in my personal ranking. Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our stay here. We had the whole floor to ourselves since it was very slow on the day we came in November, so we didn't have to share a bathroom. The breakfast was great! The staff was very friendly and let us keep our luggage at the hotel after we checked out and before we left Hallstatt for the day. Very centrally located in downtown Hallstatt.
